It was terrible, i was standing outside the property at 1am and there is no one at reception, they have locked reception area, no one picking up the call. Worst hotel pathetic staff.

property was very good and staff was cooperative and we loved our stay. i found the property on MakeMyTrip and we would like to recommend to everyone who's going to visit dhanaulti

Overall stay was very good. Staff service was superb. New year celebration was also very good. However, the location of hotel is some what remote.

No extra blankets provided, room service was great. Extra services were extra priced. Other than that every thing was fine.

Family stay for 3 days. A bit far from main road and market. Nice forest around. Food is average and pricey. Amenities and services were excellent. Tv is without any channels/cable/ott. Heater on extra cost. Staff is excellent.

It was nice hotel with all amenities. Luxurious stay with facilities wifi, hot water bath, bonfire, parking. And tasteful food with great choices !

Stay was comfortable. Tasty breakfast served. Great hospitality by staff. All facilities parking hot water, tv, wi-fi. Passage to hotel location from main road needed to be maintained.

I stayed for one night. Approaching the property is very tricky and adventurous. Early check in requests were accepted after one hour. The staff is good. Food was good. Very quiet place. Scenery from the balcony was outstanding.

Below average experience. The hotel is very basic and not even worth 3 stars. The rooms had dust after check in. The washroom had dirty tiles with paint spots. The activity room was same as dining hall and had only 1 tt table with broken tt rackets. There was not much variety in breakfast and dinner buffets. The food taste was also average. The staff is helpful but needs training on hospitality. The lift was not working when we checked in. The location of hotel is good as it is next to a large lush green valley and mountain. Overall not worth the money they charge.
