Very good hotel with friendly staff and excellent food

Отель расположен в живописном месте, рядом горы и лес. Вода в море в апреле ещё холодная. Кормят нормально, сауна, фитнес, бассейн.

Были в начале ноября. Плюсы - матрас и подушка удобные. Минусы - Еда и напитки невкусные прям очень, на столах грязно; музыка русская старая играет громко до 11-12 часов ночи; бассейны холодные. Пляжные полотенца за плату, интернет платный и плохой. Вода в бассейне холоднее чем море. В ванной запах канализации. Норм - персонал уставший, но на все просьбы реагирует. Ремонт древний, но стараются за чистотой следить в номерах. До моря идти минут 5-7, пляж свой.

The first thing that confused me, was the fact that the hotel itself positioned as a 4-star hotel however, on google it says that it’s a 5 star hotel. 1. The room was so so dirty. The floor had random hair and dust. Beds also had some random particles. Under beds there were litter laying and the cleaning stuff did not even noticed it while cleaning?.. 2. problems with shower! It was annoying 3. I am not sure about the sanitation of that hotel, I saw how a staff member washed the container where cocktails/slashes are made with his bare hands under the tap where people wash their feet and he put those washed containers directly on the ground. Plus, the coffee machines at the dining restaurant were questionable. 4. The gym is awful. Many machines don’t work but the major problem is people who litter there and leave their plastic cups Overall, the food was good tho. However, pancakes are awful, some food had random hair, that’s the only thing I can say about food. Different entertainments and pools are the good point. Staff is very friendly too.

Hotel have a very good quality for the price. If you try to find, you can find some negative points. But first you should look what you paid. For this price level, they do their best. Food is various and tasty, rooms are clean, workers are helpful. They have 2 big pools. Beach is 5 min by walk. Beach is clean sea is great. Entertainment programs nice, shows, live musics, discos. You have all to enjoy a nice holiday. Special thanks to animation team, especially Nastya and Yulia.

The hotel facilities are excellent. Food is amazing. Mix of turkish food and european. Anastasia the pool gard and all her co workers are exellent. Beach is just a short distance away with plenty of sunbeds. There is always something to do in the evenings. Highly recommend

Everything was perfect. Great animation team, great stuff overall. Clean sea, good territory. 5 minutes walk to sea. Special thanks to Mama Liuba.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, lots of activities all day long thanks to the animation team, good variety of food and drinks. The distance to the sea is short, also there is a bar at the beach. I recommend this hotel for a perfect vacation.

The music blasts all day and up to 11 at night, this Hotel does not tell you that the "Airport Shuttle" service costs 100 euros, you book and then they give you the phone number of the transporter,50 euros each way for a couple, it's expensive.If you are 6 in the van then it's cheaper,but as a couple,adding 100 euros to a 3 day stay is not worth it.

Miramor is the best value for money hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Hercules (not how you spell it), Roma, and the entertainment team. For activities Albina is always around and has very good customer service. We did quite a few trips and activities that were awesome! That being said, I wouldn’t recommend the scuba trip unless you book for a private small group or you’ll waste a day waiting on other people for 20 minutes in the water.
