Gural Premier Tekirova

Our stay at Gural Premier Tekirova was absolutely fantastic! 🌴 The service was top-notch—always smiling, helpful, and polite. The food was delicious, with a huge selection and great quality, and the drinks were served with attention to every detail. The pool was warm and perfect for children, and the water park offers so many attractions that it's hard to get bored. The beach is beautiful, with comfortable sun loungers, fresh towels, and a charming touch — blankets for cooler evenings during shows or relaxing at the pool bar. The children had a lot of fun in the well-organized kids' club. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We are very satisfied and will definitely come back here!

We came 10.10 reserved a Deluxe superior plus family room. We came with the little baby. At reception we asked if the room is quiet and we will not hear music. They assured that it is quiet. The room is above the Irish pub and the disco, so you will hear the music till 2-4 in the morning. The next morning we asked staff to change the room. And from the first moment they made excuses….. we asked to change in separate rooms suggested them options, we asked for manager couple of times and the manager was never at the hotel. The other thing that two times our baby got food poisoning from the hotel food. The last day we asked for extension for the room for few hours since our baby vomited the whole night and they ignored it. Few times we asked for extra towels and bed sheets since the baby vomited. We waited and called them again and they said ,, oh so you need the bed sheets and towels today?” The staff in the restaurant most of the time if you ask for something it is easier to get it yourself, because you will wait for them and will be finished eating. The variety of food is big, but the quality of it is quite poor. It is better to have less but better quality. We paid quite a lot of money for this hotel and expected better service and better experience. I will definitely will not recommend for my family and friends this hotel and will not comeback here as well….

Our stay at Gural Premier was excellent- staff was very friendly and helpful, accommodation was excellent, food was great. Area is well big enough to accommodate all the guests. Very nice and big children’s playground. Only small comment is that only two heated pools, which during the off season is needed as other pools were a bit cold for smaller children, including a massive aquapark. Overall - definitely recommend coming here! :)

I stayed in this hotel, and I really liked it. The staff were very friendly and kind. They always smiled and helped me with everything. When I needed something, they answered very fast. The food in the hotel was amazing. Every meal was fresh and tasty. There were many choices — meat, vegetables, fruit, and desserts. Breakfast was my favorite because it had many good things to eat. The hotel was also very clean. My room was always nice and tidy. The bathroom was clean, and the towels smelled good. Every part of the hotel looked beautiful and fresh. I had a very good time in this hotel. I felt comfortable, happy, and safe. I really want to come back again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very bad hotel! The only good thing about this place is the territory — it’s nice and well maintained. But that’s where the positives end. The food is terrible. Completely bland and tasteless, the same boring dishes every single day. It feels like they cook without any spices, seasoning, or care. The variety is extremely poor, and the quality is awful. The worst part — I got seriously food poisoned by the lamb. After dinner, I felt extremely sick and it completely ruined my stay. This is unacceptable for a place that calls itself a hotel for vacation. Another big issue is the lack of control at the beach. Guests occupy 3–4 sunbeds early in the morning by leaving their towels, and then they don’t even show up. No one from the staff monitors or manages this situation. Because of this, finding a free sunbed by the sea can be a real problem. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The nice territory can’t make up for everything else being so bad. If you value your health and your holiday, stay somewhere else.
