Sailor's Beach Club

Sailors exceeded our expectations for service, friendliness of staff and cleanliness. The food was very good and there were a lot of choices and variety.

Loved every minute of our holiday to sailors club 10 of us went as a family. Staff amazing from reception to entertainment staff Something to eat at any point or the day! Cocktails were lovely especially when Sait on roller skates brought them over. The only down side was the restaurants had a surcharge if you wanted to use them at 15 euro each. Usually restaurants are included to use once by guests and don’t need to pay but here you do. This didn’t bother us though as all inclusive was so nice. Beach front was lovely too and a couple of steps to a beach bar and restaurant so you can enjoy all inclusive on the beach. Will definitely be back to Sailors one day xx

Absolutely perfect family holiday! This is a beautiful hotel with everything thought of the make a perfect stay. The food is amazing with lots of variety on offer. Fantastic entertainment team and lots of activities to join in with. Everyone is so friendly and polite. We had one negative experience with a staff member at the bar… when ordering a drink he mocked our english accent and then spoke to other Russian guests in their language and laughed. We are all for a bit of banter but when being laughed at and not understanding what is being said between other guests is just not funny and quite unprofessional. Apart from this one incident however our stay was amazing and all other staff members were funny, polite and helpful especially the staff at the patisserie who were very hospitable and made us amazing coffee every day! The beach area is absolutely gorgeous with lots of sunbeds for guests to use. We absolutely loved Sailor Beach Club and will definitely be back soon!

We had a rest with the family from July 17 to 24. We really didn't want to leave this wonderful place, everyone cried. The hotel is gorgeous, modern, beautiful, with attention to every detail. The territory is clean, well-kept, green. The room is new, clean, tidy, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. The food is excellent, everything was delicious: breakfasts, lunches, dinners, fruits, drinks. A large variety of everything - seafood, a million desserts, lots of fruits - everything is impeccable. I would like to dwell separately on the service. In Turkey, the service is always quite good, but here it exceeded absolutely all expectations. The staff here is one big, friendly family, who always do their job at the highest level. The bartenders, waiters, administrators, animation team are all the best. Mahoni from the animation team is so friendly, always with a smile, a sea of ​​​​positivity, with a special and attentive attitude to each guest, he does his job with soul! There is entertainment for every taste, for every vacationer. Great evening shows, interesting daytime program for both children and adults. The only thing I would like to change is the beach, make it more beautiful, cozy and well-groomed, remove the not very aesthetic awnings, put umbrellas, for example. The pier is very beautiful, with sun loungers, the sea is clean. I highly recommend and tear this place from my heart. I definitely want to come back here. The Hotel, the Staff, the Pool, the Meals were GREAT. Everywhere was clean. The staff was smiling, kind and helpful. Everyone can find an animation programme, if they want. We had a very good, nice and relaxing holiday. I can only recommend!

Excellent hotel! Beautiful houses, all located very conveniently and are all nearby. Good animation, lots of entertainment for both children and adults. Very tasty food in the restaurant and I especially liked the salad bar and a lot of fruit. Very satisfied, we will come back again! ❤️

We took our family ( all 13 of us including aged from 54 to six months) for a week. It was an excellent choice. It’s a hotel in a smaller site which was very useful to pop back to rooms or get around on well designed paths with lots of ramps ideal for buggies. Room are pleasant, well maintained and very clean. Food was good and outdoor grill area and clay oven(flatbreads) excellent. Drinks were very good, best cocktails I have had in all inclusive, freshly made and great range. Pool was clean and good size, towels for pool provided, and yes people reserve them. Beach directly accessed from hotel right by snack bar. Beach has lots of beds and was pebble beach great for sunbathing not for sandcastles. Entertainment was varied, usual daytime activities and nice kids club with small playground. Parents could take children in to play didn’t have to leave them with staff. Usual mini disco most nights and different shows, usually to appeal to families although some late night entertainment in pool bar area. Kids would say it’s an ideal place for family holiday, not too much specifically for teenagers. It is mostly German and Russian visitors, which didn’t matter to us but would affect those who like to make friends. We also did a special private dinner on the jetty which was lovely and would recommend for special occasion!

The best hotel in Kiris, excellent service. Special thanks to Samantha and Mahoni from entertainment. Honorable mention is Ahmet from Patisserie. Working from dusk till down, these guys even manage to make good friends with us. So we will come next year to Sailors Beach again!
