Second time in November at double tree kemer and was just as good as last year. Food choice good and varied, although sometimes towards end of service can be a bit cold. Drinks good and good selection. Make sure to ask for things like Gordon's gin etc otherwise you get local. Staff are great. All work hard and try to look after everyone equally. Sun loungers on the pier get swallowed up very early on IE 7.15am but we did see the customer service patroling these and removing bags where people had been gone for more than one hour! Entertainment is great. Was so nice to sit in the lobby bar on an evening with the piano nand sax or flute. Would highly recommend the place. Clean and tidy, calm and relaxing. Will be returning

We had a great week at the end of October, the weather was lovely and our 3yo loved the kids club. Melissa was excellent with him! The hotel was very nice - we wanted to relax for a week and have everything there - it was perfect for that!

Doubletre by Hilton. A prestigious name, which suggests luxury, top quality service, high level of facilities. Now the truth: The rooms are ok, apart from the occasional rotten parts of the bathroom, the unvillingness to top up your mini fridge unless you tip them. The canteen ( they call it Sauce restaurant) is a disaster. Dirty as hell, chairs, tables are stained, chipped, the floor is just concrete - they couldn't even bother to put tiles or marble. Obviously the floor to is full with food and oil stains. The food is repetitive, they have little food trucks scattered around the terrace, serving the same dishes day after day. After day... after day. There are few bars and a patisserie which serves nice cakes and drinks. The pool is tiny, the water is 2 metre deep, even at the adult side. So not suitable for swimming. They have - a still standing slide - would not try it for any money. Don't know much about the children entertainment or programmes but you can hear few occasional screams, think that's how the children express their excitement. Or pain. Be the judge of it. The seaside is nice, the water 💦🌊 is very clear ( this is not the merit of the hotel - it is a gift of the nature) , a lot of sunbeds ( around 39 percent of them are BROKEN). There is a pier, crumped with a huge amount of sunbeds and few cabanas which you can rent at the insane price of 200 euros per day. Nice 😥 The hotel has a 45 minutes sunbed occupancy policy, meaning if the sunbed is unattended for 45 minutes the management has the right to remove your belongings. The policy is enforced only at certain occasions and with certain people. If you tip them properly you can leave your towel on first day of your holiday and on the 14th day the sunbed is still yours. We have seen a lot of fights breaking out because some inconsiderate people put out their towels early morning and returned around midday, arguing with stuff and fellow holiday makers. Because of the entertainment program of the hotel is truly poor, these fights and arguments are acting as entertainment for the guests. As I started the review - because of the prestigious name of the hotel we expected high standards - sadly we had to be awaken by the sad reality of this place which is Hilton ONLY IN NAME.

not a good experience vi stayed at this hotel oct 22-oct29. the stay was expensove, but we are old and retired and wanted to just relax and give our minds a week of peace. but already on the first day after our arrival, my wife went for a walk to see the fancy hotels facilitioes. at a terrace, she stood with several other guests, and a hotel employee suddenly come to her directly and without any presentation or introduction, asked her if she was a guest at the hotel, taken aback by his impolite approach she said yes, she was. then he asked to see her key card to our room. still upset and humiliated by this confrontation in front of other guests, watching the episode unfold, she serached her purse a nd took out her card and showed it to him. without another word, he went away, leaving everyone watching and one of the guests wondering out loud, what that was about. we had paid a large sum to enjoy a calm vacation, not to be treated as suspected criminals. we went immediately to the reception and asked to see the hotel manager. they said he wasnt there and they didnt know when he wasnt available and didnt knopw when he would be. we went back again later. he had left and would come tomorrow. the next day at 10 am we went down to see him. he hadnt come and they didnt know when and if he would come. we asked his nam and left. a few hours later we went and asked for him. the young man at the reception went away and came back with a large young man in an old t-shirt, not very polite, and said he was the manager. surprised at his demeanor, i asked him if he was the hotel manager. he saiod he was the reception manager. i told him we wanted to talk to the hotel manager. he wasnt there and they didnt know when and i he would come. we could write down what we wanted to talk about, and they would write back on whats app!!! no, we wanted to talk to him. we went back again later, and again the reception guys talked to each other and went top the back, and an old gentleman in casual shirt and pants came out, not presenting himself. i asked him if he was mr alp, hotel manager. he said yes. i told him what had happened. we had expected the manager of such huge and expensive facility would respond, we have made a mistake, we appologise, we will go through our procedure and make sure it doesnt happen again. we would have been satisfied and that would be it. but no, his ego got in the way, he made some contradictory statements, evading an apology, he asked our room no. would look into the matter and get back to us!! i dont know oif he looked into anything, he did not get back to us. not because he was busy. a couple of hour after our talk, we were having a meal in the restaurant, he went around picking up trash. in a person in his position and in a 4-5 star hotel, ego is a heavy burden to carry around. in the week we were there we didnt see any other guests get checked. the checki ng happens at the head of the hotel driveway, by the guard house. checking us on

we have stayed here before the hotel was very much the same and in need of some tlc looking a bit tired in places we found its an all inclusive hotel and the do not always have the branded drinks I like pink gin and i found several times I could not get it 1 time after complaining to guest relations i was able to get served for 2 nights I was told on 1 occasion i would have to wait 5 minutes for a drink as they had to get it from another bar after getting guest relations involved i was offered more than 1 drink we found that day and night time we struggled to get any of the waitress to serve us guest relations managed us to get 2 nights being asked if we wanted a drink other wise wee found then staff just walked around trying to avoid eye contact which i think is wrong we ordered coffee 1 day after a waiter on roller skates took our order we have been home 2 weeks and still waiting for our coffee i complained again to guest relations and also my holiday red guest relations told us that the hotel did not have enough staff and some of the ones the do have forget when you ask for something needless to say when we where leaving we where asked if we enjoyed our holiday I said no it could have been better but they could not understand what i was saying so i will not be visiting again bad for an all inclusive hotel

Hotel was clean and very organised. WhatsApp messages every day on itinerary of entertainment, activities as well as kids club. Really enjoyed ourselves. Kids club Teddy snd Bunny’s was great our grand daughter loved it. Melisa who ran the kids club was brilliant and would like to thank her for her personal attention and help during the week of our stay.

We had such an amazing time! The food was absolutely delicious and wonderfully varied — the decoration of the food court and the coffee bar were a true experience on their own. ☕🍰 There was always something fun to do, with great activities and entertainment for everyone. The staff were beyond attentive — special thanks to @Sultan, @Epe, guest assistens @Kardelen & @Seren Can and ofcourse all their colleagues who went above and beyond to make our stay truly relaxing. 💛 We really appreciated the daily WhatsApp updates with information about activities, food, and the day’s theme — such a thoughtful touch! And for anyone who loves shopping, there’s a beautiful store just a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Time flies when you’re having fun — and that was definitely true for us. Groet uit Nederland

Having what was probably our last family holiday with all four of us as my sons 17, we did our research and came to the Hilton in Kemer. And I have to say what a fab place. All the staff were great, big shout to Mansun and his fellow bartenders at the roof top bar. The lovely young lady on the coffee bar down by the sea, always smiling. Our room was the family one with a bit of a room in the roof. Was great and worked really well even if the creaky stairs were annoying. The pool is absolutely Baltic, no idea how you managed that 😂. Mickey Browns coffee bars were amazing as we the food trucks for lunch. However we just ate too much as it was soo good. But our favourite part was the pier, it was so much fun with a 3m drop to the water and the water being 5m deep, we jumped and dived off it all week. We also had a cabana, pick 2 or 3 at this time of year as the far side ones get very little sun. It was also brilliant. I walk a lot too so enjoyed wandering down to Kemer. What an amazing hotel, staff and we had a wonderful time, thank you so much
