The Shore Kelowna

Got the 1 bedroom with a den. Room was very clean and fully equipt as kitchen advertised. Sheets and towels smelled fresh and beds were comfy. You can cook your meals here. But we decided to eat in the restaurants on the ground floor. Recommend Diner Deluxe, The Burger place and the Shore Line brewing. The Mexican place is a fail for us. The Fixx a block away is always good. Lifts were all working and lobby was always clean. When our key did not work one time, they sent a replacement right away. We will stay again and again.

The apartment was clean and well appointed with the basics. A dish rack would have been helpful for washing up. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is an air conditioning unit in each room for heating/cooling and also a central air system. The central air system cannot be turned off and the noise was constant and not an issue for us. There is a large shared patio area with multiple BBQ’s. The property is well secured and a pass key is required to both enter the building and use the elevator. We paid extra for a room with a “lake view”. The ad for this room states: “boasting sweeping water front views over Gyro Beach and Lake Okanagan” The resort is situated on a busy corner and the only lake view for our 3rd floor room was small glimpse between the trees of the path to the beach. The main view is a busy street intersection and there is currently a construction site off the main balcony. We had hoped to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake and sunsets. Excellent customer service. Management was quick to respond and address our concerns in a satisfactory manner. Despite this occurrence, we would return

Landlord staff extremely unfriendly, dont reply to messages, dont say hello in hallway and always appear to have an attitude. Do not come here unless you want to feel uncomfortable the whole time by them.
