Cap Bon Kelibia Beach Hotel & Spa

I’m very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. The food is really poor. There are very limited choices. The only fish they serve is cheap, like sardines, mackerel, or horse mackerel. The desserts run out very early, and the staff don’t make sure there is enough until 9:30 pm. One night, they took almost all the desserts to a table with tablecloths, while the rest of us had none. Maybe they were special guests, but it was unfair to the others. There are long queues for everything because the hotel doesn’t have enough staff. At breakfast, one day they mixed fresh orange juice with bottled juice, and the next day there was only bottled juice — no fresh juice at all. The pasta is badly cooked, not al dente, and all stuck together. The rice is undercooked. The only thing that was edible most days was French fries or chips. One of the worst things is how they treat people. If you are Tunisian, they serve Italian guests first, even if you were ahead of them in the queue. It felt very disrespectful. The rooms are not clean. Cleaning is done very late, and when we return from the beach, there are no fresh towels. The evening entertainment is all in Italian. Nothing is done for Arabic speakers. Only one night had a Tunisian organist playing local songs — all the other activities were focused only on Italians. This was a very bad experience. I really hope the hotel management takes this seriously and makes changes.

Clean rooms great service and we defenately enjoyed the beach. Not the first time for us in this facility, the animation team is great. Excellent dinner buffet with magnificent view. Kid driendly hotel, maximum security in pools and on the beach. I totally recommand this hotel. Will be back soon.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel with my family in May, and we had a truly wonderful time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the location offered stunning views of the sea right from our room. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable – it felt like a home away from home. The staff were absolutely fantastic. A special thanks to DiDo. Momo, staff of animation and Wajih in the bar for their warm welcome and exceptional service. They were always friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. One thing that made this place stand out for us was that pets are allowed. My mother was so happy to be able to bring her cat along – it’s a rare and much-appreciated advantage that really made a difference for our family. All in all, it was a perfect stay in a beautiful setting with outstanding service. We would definitely love to come back!

Gorgeous sea. The beach is not as big as it appears in the brochure and a bit crowded - but the overall structure is beautiful and very clean( though may need some upgrades). Overall the food is good and I would I would highly recommend the spa. The team at Veraclub is very friendly amd professional and the staff is overall very nice. The shows are fun and my son enjoyed the junior club’s activities.

I just loved the hotel! the magnificent vibes of the beach, the sun, the people and the team who have always been happy for us. i just stayed 3 days but two persons still on my mind, Fabio the animation director was so gentle and charming. and azize the singer was extremely talented, full of emotions and joy and welcomed me to sing with him. thank you guys! otherwise, there are much variety in plates not super tasty but its good. the beach was outstanding but bit crowded. in general, i really recommend the hotel enjoy
