We stayed at this hotel in April, it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival at 10pm, there was no one on reception, we waited a few minutes, then the receptionist came in from having her cigarette. Got checked in , apart from a new carpet the room was awful. Very shabby and dated. There was a double bed and a single bed in the room The single bed had marks all over the base, some were a brown colour, don't even want to consider what it could have been. We stayed in room 119, in the bathroom the shower curtain was disgusting, all stained and brown marks along the bottom of it. We had a bath with no taps, just the shower over the bath. Next morning my husband went in shower, he then ran the tap into the sink for a shave, and all this black dirty gunge came up through the bathroom plughole. I refused to go in the shower as I'd have to step into that mess in bath. My husband went to reception to complain, they gave us a key to another room , so I could go there for a shower, that was the same, dirty shower curtain. But at least the bath was clean to step into. We wouldn't eat there as it looked grubby in every place in hotel. Broken glass panel in bar, broken sofas in the entrance hall. Horrendous. Never ever stay there again and would never recommend it

I'm sorry but breakfast was the worst I've ever had. Bread with extremely long expiry date, scrambled eggs were not edible. Coffee machine wasn't even turned on. The room and bathroom dated, dark and couldn't put the temperature up so I was freezing.

Buffet breakfast was a joke advertises continental vegan & vegetarian they just didn’t exist. We stayed 3 night last morning (Monday)there was no buffet receptionist cooked, I asked for full English I got 1 sausage 1 rasher of bacon and a fried egg, we asked for a Danish pastry it was at least 2 days old. The room was not serviced for 3 days. People smoking outside the doors this included staff. I used to use this hotel 14 years ago it was so different then.

Generally pretty good for the money Stayed here for a night, just needed somewhere to sleep so didn’t use any of the other amenities as I arrived at almost midnight and left at 7am Room was generally clean, comfortable but slightly dated (not an issue at this price point) Only real down side was the almost laughable condition of the bathroom floor

Nice room, spacious with all usual fixtures and a comfortable bed. Good value for money. Bar and cooked food available. Plenty of parking (free). Good location if travelling. Ideal for the East Midlands airport and for nearby University of Nottingham Sutton Bonington campus.

Had a quite spacious twin room for two with comfy beds, the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fresh and enjoyable with a good selection, Hotel is in within walking distance of local shops and amenities if needed, thanks for the stay.

Had a job on in Loughborough so stayed for one night. Staff really friendly and room clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the area. If I have work on in the area then I will certainly be back

From check in to check out the hotel was great . Welcoming, food in the evening lovely and the room was lovely, Beautifully clean , comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Well worth a visit.Very convenient for the airpor, just about 15 minutes.
