Ibis Kayseri

The location of the hotel was great. We didn’t had breakfast but It looked really nice. There was plenty of choice. The room was spacious enough. It was a good hotel according to Its price. There is free parking. There is EV charging in the next hotel.

I didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated. The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside. The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.

Otel ve müşteri memnuniyeti çok başarılıydı kız arkadaşımla otelinizden memnun kaldık, odalar biraz küçük sayılabilir ve biraz fazla ses alıyor olabilir ancak hizmetiniz ve müşteri odaklı yaklaşımınız her şekilde belli oluyor otelden çıkış yaptığımız günün akşamına odada şampuanınızı unutmuşsunuz teslim etmemizi ister misiniz diye bir geri dönüş aldık yalnızca bu bilr yeterdi kısacası iyi ki sizi tercih etmişiz yine görüşmek üzere :)

Good restaurant in the hotel and one near a good one more. Closest shop 3-4km. There is transfer for Erciyes for 140 TL both ways. Breakfast 190 TL. Everything is fine 👍 but nothing to do on the city, only Erciyes and then go to Goreme.
