The room was booked as a gift for two minors attending the conference in Kawasaki. However, the clause regarding the "security deposit as a room charge to be paid to the hotel" was not clearly stated during the booking process, which led to some confusion. If anyone intends to book a room as a gift, please remind your guests to prepare some cash upon check-in.

It was a comfortable business trip as the facilities were general but the surrounding infrastructure was well developed.

We booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed. Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar. All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location next to the station. Nice clean rooms with good beds and sufficient amenities. Breakfast (if selected) is at Denny’s next door. Good value for money, highly recommended.

房間挺好的，比較滿意。提供飲用水及充電器等。該店交通極為方便，就在溝的囗地鐵站上面，圖片為房間內外景，早上觀看通勒人流風景很好。

暖房をしなくてもお部屋が暖かくて快適でした。 暖房を入れると匂いが気になりました。 荷物預かりも快く受けてくれてすごく助かりました。ありがとうございました。

子どもの受験で利用させて頂きましたが、お部屋も綺麗で、交通機関へのアクセスも良く、地方から来た方にも泊まりやすいと思います。 朝食もデニーズなので美味しくて良かったです。

特都内に比べてに価格も安く、使いやすいホテルだと思います。 アメニティーもある程度揃っているので、ストレスなく過ごせました。 また出張の際は利用したいと思います

コンサートに行くために駅に近いところに決めました。駅からは雨が降っていても関係なく連絡通路があり朝は朝の食事も美味しくいただきました 夜は少し暑かったですが快適に過ごせました

酒店直接在溝之口JR站出口旁邊，非常方便。周邊有大型商場丸井還有一個啥來着（忘了！），MUJI、GU、優衣庫等基礎品牌都有，臨時買東西也很方便。（但是如果需要退税，不太建議，我在MUJI購物時候被告知沒有專門的退税窗口，建議我去新宿、澀谷等比較大的店，供大家參考）葯粧的話，周圍有松本清。以上～希望能幫助到大家

緊靠車站交通方便，床單睡衣毛巾每天換很乾凈，服務人員很有禮貌周到，前台辦理入住手續專業快捷，值得信任的酒店，非常滿意

房間安排有序，乾淨衞生，服務周到貼心。設施齊全有微波爐，洗衣房，外出方便，音車站售票處僅二十多米😂。

酒店就在地鐵站，出口就是，但是一點也不吵，出行方便，吃東西也方便，價格也合適，下次來東京還會考慮入住。
