Clarks Inn Suites Katra

It was the best hotel I had stayed in my life. The rooms were marvellous. The toilets were also very neat and clean. The meals were very delicious. I loved the garden from where we could see the view of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi(SMVD) mountain. Moreover the hospitality was mind blowing.

I am staying in room no 216 Services of the hotel is very pathetic i staying for 2 nights but experience is very bad wall of the rooms is drity painting drawn on it front office staff has no professionalism at check in time lady staff on his phone call and second day after the darshan of maa bhagwati we came back to the room but ac in rooms was not working because of the power cut and guy who is in the reception saying ac will work when the power is resume and washroom condition of is very dirty it's not like any hotel. Also when in sit second day in lobby lady staff of front office also use his personal mobile phone around 1 hour it's shows she has no manners how to sit in front of the guest. I wasted my money here. Best part of the hotel is food and the service by the fnb team and one guy of f and b service Mr. Ravi Sharma he is very polite and very nice person I stayed here from last 3 years but now services are very poor the condition of the rooms was pathetic and required renovation. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Sonali was warm, professional, and extremely attentive to every detail. She handled all my queries with patience and efficiency, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Her proactive attitude and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about their role. Thanks to Sonali, my stay was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She is truly an asset to the team, and I hope to see her again during my next visit. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel located at a convenient place, courteous staffs and good food quality. Was given an early check in and provided pick-up/drop at the time of darshan. This was our 3rd stay at this property and would recommend it while visiting Katra.

Our overall stay was excellent- we are very choosy about the quality of the place we stay in - the room, food quality, staff behaviour , cleanliness I will not shy away in saying that Clarksinn suits Katra Asia chowk scored 10/10 in all parameters Stay was comfortable - food quality I must say was excellent - staff was helpful and service TAT was minimal time - love to come again and stay Hats off to the Manager - Sunny for his support as always - Jai Mata Di Room No 210 Stay duration- 3 nights 2 days Visitor - Ruplesh Mendiratta
