Very nice hotel with very helpful staff who were there whenever any help was needed the facilities were very clean and the location was perfect right in the city centre.

Great location, view, view from the restaurant, imagine in summer you can see blue sky! I was just missing a kettle and tea/ coffees from the room like I usually have in hotels but asked for and received a kettle. Good spa, thank you

I had an awesome breakfast with a variety of delicious options, the juicer is amazing for ginger and apple shots. In the evening we ate at the restaurant and that was the best meal I have ever actually had. The staff were incredibly passionate and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, offered everything I needed. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel. When you enter the building you get a feeling of grandeur, at the entrance there is part of the original floor. On the left there is a café and a restaurant and when you go upstairs or use the elevator there is a magnificent dining area where breakfast is served as well. Breakfast is well enough with all kinds of (a bit stale) bread, cheese, fruits, cold cuts and cereals but you'll have to pay extra for fresh orange juice. It was very cold in the dining area. We only had dinner there once; very tasty! Then our room: a clean and spacious room with a safe, TV, minibar, table and 2 chairs and very comfortable beds. The windows could open and there was airconditioning. A large and beautiful bathroom with lots of amenities by Occitane ( lovely..) bathrobes, big towels...etc. Proper customer service: we ordered a taxi and since we didn't have Zloties the lady at reception paid the taxidriver up front for us . We had to check out at 4 AM and we got an enormous breakfast box to bring along. It was a pity that the area around the hotel was in shambles because the streets were being repaired. Katowice is a beautiful city with lots of old buildings and we certainly plan to go back.

What a fabulous city centre hotel this is. It's absolutely beautiful. From being greeted in Reception on arrival to leaving 3 days later it was perfect. The staff are amazing and work so hard to make the guest experience a 5* positive one. A mix of Art Deco meets modern the hotel has a really fabulous vibe about it. Bedroom: Loads of space. Clean. Modern. Quiet (even with a Christmas party going on in the main area). Very comfortable bed. Spare pillows. Bathroom: Huge. Loads of towels. Premium products. Great shower. Bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast: Loads of choice on buffet. Cooked to order selection was amazing. Cafe/lounge: Friendly staff. Delicious cakes. Perfect Irish coffee. Spa: A treat in a city centre hotel. Really nice facility. Other: Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Exploring: This hotel is perfectly place to tour the city. Good transport links. Nothing to dislike. Great price for a quality stay. We loved it.

the hotel was fine but the survice is bad because i came with my colleague to the hotel,he was the one who did the registration to the hotel and told them to charge his company. they whanted on the check in a visa card and told me all the time that its just a normal procedure and i have nothing to worry about and they wont charge me. but at the check out that i didnt did, my colleague did the check out withot me. his !!!!!visa didnt passed and he told them to charge my visa they did it without me being there and without my approval!!!! they did what he told them without asking him to call me to approve the charge on the visa, the visa that is mine and i wasent there to know that they charching me and after they told me not to worry and they will not charge the visa!!!!!!!!! its a very bed handling especially that in the bigining they told me they wont charge my visa. and also its wrong management of situation like this, its very wrong to charge someones visa without talking to this person first. they charged my visa on base of another person who told them to charge my visa that is not his visa and i wasent there in person to aprrove it!!!!!!!

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of bits to choose from. We had to pay for the parking, also it is not guaranteed. The coconut drink in the room fridge was awful. I had to get myself Coconaut from Zabka. Service was very good. The pool, spa area and massage top noch. Very recommended.

Very kind and helpful staff, dark curtains so we could sleep very well, big room and so much space for our rabbit to run and explore, wonderful fitness center and swimming pool with saunas and our car was parked right in front of the hotel

The beds were comfortable , billows were nice make me have wonderful deep sleep. Breakfast amazing with many options meets most of people and kids taste. Staff very nice and helpful. Walking distance to the mall and train station.

Great hotel in katowice. Locasion is sentral, near marked and a lot of restaurants. The room was big,clean and nice. Breakfast was marveluss, one of the best hotel breakfast I ever had. Great service from recepsion and the cleaners.
