Since we didn’t stay at Studio apartment Centrum Katowice because it was very dirty we choice this hotel and we were very pleased. It’s not in the center and you need a car, we wanted to stay close to highway so it was perfect. I

Kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu uważam za udany. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i kompetentna. Jedyny mankament tym razem to wydobywający się nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji w łazience w pokoju 434.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, restauracja serwująca smaczny rosół oraz przyjazna obsługa hotelowa. Bliskość autostrady umożliwia sprawny dojazd do i z obiektu.

Вот прямо очень сильно понравился отель!!! Отличный сервис, шикарный чистейший номер с большой спальней и очень большой ванной комнатой с идеальной чистоты ванной, полотенцами, халатами! Постельное белье идеальное! Есть чайник, кофе и чай входит в стоимость номера, а вот полный бар уже конечно за дополнительную плату… шикарный вид из окна! И вообще, кто хочет комфортно, красиво и элегантно отдохнуть за минимальную цену(цена за номер очччень приятная)- очень рекомендую именно этот отель Парк Хотел Диамент в Катовице! Не пожалеете и будете довольны!!! Завтрак к сожалению не успели попробовать, потому что был очень ранний рейс… Хотя очень хотелось! Ресторан в отеле на самом верхнем этаже и от туда еще более лучший вид открывается (я просто ходила туда посмотреть их ресторацию)..

Perfect room and bathroom, windows do open for fresh air if desired. Comfortable beds, huge television and plenty facilities in the hotel and sorry I mention this last, friendly staff. Plenty of parking space on hotel grounds, hotel is nearby a park.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Comfy beds and rooms are quite. Close enough to city center. Restaurant nice and they had lovely breakfast. Lovely staff and very helpful. Definitely not last time when we are using this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in December and have been hesitant to submit a poor review because, like so many other people in Poland, I am sure that the good people who work there are helping with the current crisis. But I’ve decided to share anyway. I would not recommend this hotel to international business or tourist visitors. Overall, it just misses the mark for both international travelers and tourists. Its location is walking distance to the historic center but not in it. Its room rates are reasonable but the banquet rates expensive. I was responsible for a group of over 15 guests who were attending an international conference. While the staff were pleasant, we had several instances of inflexibility. We would have spent more on catering had management agreed to work with our contractor on how to apportion room and catering rates. For my own stay, the staff could not produce an invoice showing the rates paid per night. In addition, when I went to check out, I discovered that the front desk had made an error in changing my checkout date, which I had requested. The hotel had already charged me credit card – without permission -- and demanded immediate payment for my final night. The front desk clerk refused to identify a manager for me to speak with. The hotel also charged the credit card of one of my colleagues without authorization.

Ottimo hotel per affari e vacanze.. vicino a centro.. personale gentilissimo.. colazione molto ricca e varia..camere molto pulite.. prezzi nella norma per categoria di hotel.. parcheggio gratuito e a oagamento.. lo consiglio vivamente
