Truly Asia Boutique Hotel

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very nice room with hot water, heating, table and chairs, good bed, Wifi, TV (only one english speaking channel thou). And the price very reasonable. I really enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is very clean and the customer service is amazing! I was able to check in after mid-night without a hassle. Hot shower after a long day and was able to order food at the restaurant below! It was definitely a bang for a buck deal ! Five Stars!!

It was a great experience to say with, in family environment. It was always home coming feeling. See you again. Typical cousin with best food experience with nice house keeping. Downtown location with a bar. Lovey place to live in.

We had a cold shower when we arrived and when we enquired were told hot showers depended on how many people were in the hotel. The next night we had cold water again, with the next 2 nights after we had lukewarm showers. This wasn’t so bad for us as it was summer but wouldn’t be ideal in winter. Our room smelt like cigarettes and there was mould everywhere in the room and shower (which had no shower screen so when you showered the whole bathroom got wet). The linen, while clean, had holes and stains on/in the sheets and pillows. We also had a lot of bugs (ants in our beds everyday as well as the odd cockroach) but acknowledge we came at the end of rainy season and sometimes in humid places bugs are hard to control. We felt safe though and the room had air conditioning and bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast was simple (toast, fruit, eggs) but filling. The coffee and masala tea was delicious and all the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Good location-we could walk everywhere we wanted to go with great restaurants and cafes near by. We stayed as part of a Travel Talk tour group, and probably would’ve stayed elsewhere if choosing our own hotel. Wasn’t a bad stay just not what we were expecting from a ‘3 star’ hotel.

Excelent hotel. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good food and a clean kitchen. (I did see the kitchen becouse they did allow me to cook for them). They even pick you up from the airport or bring you anywhere near Kathamndu if you like to

The main highlight is the people and the service they offer. Each one of them is incredibly nice and always willing to help with whatever you need. The location of the hotel is the best. Also, the cleaning is perfect. I would only suggest the hotel team to close the shower area in the bathroom so that it doesn't all get wet when you take a shower. For the rest, I can only say we had a great time!
