The staff were super nice and did their best. Shout to Fadel on bus service who came around to get my tv working. A nice balcony, hot water , great breakfast and a bargain rate this spot was excellent. As for location Kathmandu is confusing to me but hotel has a sign and arrow on the main street nearby. It's walking distance to Durbar Square.

Convenient and quiet location in the heart of Thamel near the main tourist sites and lots of restaurants and shops. Room could have been cleaner with stains on the bedspread. The TV didn't work and we asked the reception twice if they could fix it but no one came to fix it. A couple of the power points didn't work. The breakfast was good with a range of western and local cuisines that changed daily.

I highly recommend this hotel, excellent service, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast. In particular Prem Ale was most helpful in making our stay at the hotel smooth. Lastly this hotel is located in one of the most interesting parts of the city.

飯店房間很舒適，但是外面很吵雜，有酒巴在附近，如果怕吵，要考量，但總體來說是70分的，服務及清潔度都可以喔

son un poco sinverguenzas , haces la reserva para este hotel que esta muy bien pero cuando llegan te dicen que no hay habitaqciones disponibles y tre enviann a otro del mu¡ismo dueño, un sitio que no tiene instalaciones no personal como un hotel y esta mucho mas lejos del centro de Thamel, a todos los que estabamos alli nos habian hecho la misma jugada.

房間很潮濕、有霉味、空間很小、第一個晚上洗澡沒有熱水。 在大廳遺失東西，掉監視器卻找不到紀錄，說攝影機剛好壞掉

I stayed at Hotel Thamel in Kathmandu and was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Mr. Buhwan Shrestha, who impressed me with his exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. He was always approachable, took care of all my concerns, and made my stay particularly pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service – I can highly recommend Hotel Thamel!

I didn't feel that I am at restaurant, they make me feel like home. And this Man "Rojan Ghale", simple just awesome. At the time of closing, he welcomed us with his whole team to have dinner, and the Food was fabulous. They also provide few complimentary foods what was a complete surprise for us. Love you the team, will visit again for sure.

I stayed at this hotel alone for two nights. While the hotel itself is by no means luxurious, I was deeply impressed by the high standard of staff training. Not only the front desk and restaurant staff, but even the housekeeping staff were courteous and polite, which left a lasting impression on me.

The staff were very courtious especially Razan Ghal and sanjeeta, restaurant servicec was good. They changed our rooms and for any trouble service man for any trouble. They helped us to get the ride. Location was good and our things were secure
