The breakfast is probably a no. But everything else is a yes. Huge space , clean for reals and awesome. You have to try staying here y’all.

房間年代悠久，布草不是被套的，而是蓋上一層床單，睡起來不舒服。酒店在泰米爾鬧市區，周圍許多酒吧，到凌晨三四點依然還是那種動次打次的震動聲，很難讓人入眠。

房間很大，設施比較老舊。在五樓可以看到花園，就在泰米爾街區中心很方便。早餐特別好吃，就是床單被子有味道比較介意！

Best hospitality and comfort rooms ever! Loved this! Its visibility is can be improved but rest everything is super comfy! Hotel's staff is very kind and helping. One can easily find everything what a traveler/ tourist needs! Would love to stay here again!

I'm with my family in Kathmandu Nepall trip and I was so pleasant with the room comforts is big and very comfortable. Above all I was so pleased with of the staff especially with Mr. Badri was si kind and very helpful with all of our last minute request. A very kind humble and handsome gentleman. Great value hotel, very helpful staff, great help with everything. Also a great location in the centre of Thamel next to loads to food spots and lovely local shops. Would highly recommend staying here as it’s a great value for money and didn’t have a single problem with it.

I stayed here before/after a guided trek. But I ended up here longer than expected when I became injured. Confortable rooms (AC, frig, kettle for hot water, large rooms, and some have balconies - though the local disco/bar can be loud at night), shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries, friendly and attentive staff, and breakfast included (there are many freshly cooked dishes to choose from - or ask for what you want!) Elevator. Convenient location. They’ll store your luggage for free. I would stay again - thank you Badri and staff!

Great hotel located in Thamel in Katmandu. The hotel and the area are quiet and safe. The hotel has hot water and AC. Great service from everyone and especially from the manager Bahri. Can recommend this hotel to everybody who visit Katmandu.

Situated in downtown it was a very good choise ! Al the staff at reception was very kindly, helpful and polite, with a special mention for the night guy all of them well coo rdinated by a manager, always very elegant, ready to resolve and advise his customers in the best possible way. Our room 504 was very quite and large, at the last floor with a good view. The breakfast was good but repetitive and if you remain more than one night it becomes to get tired. Breakfast is mainly savory and for us europeans not too welcome for several days ( we stayed 6 nights ). The sweet sector must be improved like fruit. The manager promised me to improve these compartments. At all, I was fine and in katmandu, the Address hotel will be my home. Ivanromeo Zavatti ( Italy ).

Really centrally located hotel , clean rooms in Thamel, Definitely recommend the hotel as base before a trek our a business trip. Friendly staff and good value put this hotel on the map . Tip checkout the roof top garden to getaway from the crowds below

Wow! The best service, location and price. I stayed at the Marriott my first night in town so I could be comfortable while I personally scoped out lower priced options. I feel so lucky to have found The Address Hotel. Perfect location. Amazing owner/host. Great brekkie. And the beds are as good as any Marriott or 4 star hotel. I ended up extending my time in Nepal and stayed here on two separate occasions. Anything you need the staff is ready. Clean, quiet, and the most central location if you want to stay in Thamel. I will be back and recommend my friends to stay there when they visit KTM. Thanks for everything! - Nicolas

The excellent service, polite staff members, nice breakfast and other meals, excellent and efficient room services, clean and big rooms, excellent and convenient location makes us to stay at the hotel frequently. My husband and I usually stay at the hotel instead of staying at our own home at Kathmandu. We stayed at the hotel for six nights this year during our visit to Kathmandu. This is our 3rd stay since 2019 and we definitely stay at the hotel in coming years as well if the service remains the same. All staff members are very polite and always ready to help. Nabin is one of the owners and very helpful. We didn’t have to ask him for help but he always identified our problems while talking with us. For example, we were talking about going to temple next morning (Saturday). He helped us by organising hotel car and advising us to visit the temple at 5:30am to avoid Saturday crowds. We booked another room for our brother’s family and they had good time as well. Thank you Nabin and all hotel staff for the warm hospitality during our stay at the hotel. We will return soon

I really like this hotel, located at the heart of Thamel, Staffs are really helpful and frank with awesome service. lastly, the internet service is really good with high-speed Wi-Fi and hot water was 24 hours available.
