The counter staffs are polite. The facilites are closed thou - the ice cream cafe was closed. The spa only had 2 staff thus can only take in 2 appointments at a time - not so good for groups. Also the spa service is so so only. Location of Hotel is however excellent, located in a side lane for quietness but just walk out 2 mins are the main shopping shops. I had a tripple room - room is spacious and clean but the hot water dont really work - no time to feedback to hotel to fix.

服務不錯，遇到些問題，其實與酒店無關，但是酒店管理人員一直很細心地解釋並協助解決，但是酒店本身雖然衞生尚可，但設施比較舊，我住的房間衞生間的窗簾形同擺設，開了燈應該是透明的。室內熱水不是隨時有。

Iconic heritage hotel located at the entrance of famous Thamel. Aesthetic ambience, excellent service, professional management and a variety of services, the owner Devendra ji is a celebrity and well known literary figure in the country, his hospitality and personal touch is felt everywhere. Excellent WiFi and top class restaurant. A must visit for all travelers.

We were there as Indian tourists And they did a fantastic job as hosts We were amazed to see the staff’s energy there, phenomenal enthusiasm. They were really nice and sweet. Of course the place was great and comfy but the reason to stay there is their sweet and friendly staff❤️

Avoid, grim. Offered an airport pickup and asked twice what our flight details were, they did not collect us. Our ‘Superior Deluxe room’ was small and very tatty. It looked more like the so-called Deluxe rooms. Floor was lifting in places and there was an absolutely filthy rug on the floor. The tiny en-suite wet room just made everything wet. Coffee and tea making facilities were basic and never replenished. One sheet on bare mattress - no protectors. Pool area was untidy, bird droppings in pool, no one used/risked it in the 3 days we were there despite 25-30 degree heat. Breakfast was included but after the first day we bore the expense of eating out. Rock hard pastries, instant coffee etc. I’d stayed in the International Guest House which was significantly cheaper but significantly better. Location was close to Thamel but could have been better.

Excellent experience; staff so helpful, great location ,lovely sleep , superb breakfast . Special thanks to Rajila and Merika and the chef whose omelettes had the full works. Proper bacon ( ahhh) . We returned here as all our needs met . Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Great experience with hotel manang. We stay 3nights 4days in this hotel. My stay with my family was too good and calm. Very cooperative and good staff members. We enjoy alot. Food was tasty. Spa treatment was too calm. We will visit again thanks❤

Staff was very helpful. Helped us in all ways. Especially Malina and Urmila ,they have helped us in catering our every daily need from room services to food helping in making our stay one of the best in our perspectives , the food quality is great

Amazing welcoming feeling by the reception desk (Sandeep & Melika) and all the staff. Beds are very confortable and the hotel is very well situated in Thamel. Great demonstration of Nepalese traditional danses and very good dinner. Thanks

Love to be stay here. Friendly staff. Specially Front desk lady manager rajila. So polite and gentle.speak chinese very well. Feel like a home environment. Food are delicious. Hotel entrance and lobby decorate with carving. Hope to stay again

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was fantastic. A special thanks to Ms. Rajila Shrestha, the Reservation Manager, for her warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back in January

The hotel is very overwhelming the ambience is good all full with culture and religious sculpture the staff are very friendly . Food is nice my room had a balcony with swimming pool view special mention to receptionist urmila which is so kind and always ready to help please visit

This hotel Manang is such a very comfortable place maintaining full tradition and culture of Nepal very neat and clean with gorgeous ambience and full of hospitality cooperation good food and good room services staff very friendly and helpful great receptionist miss urmila

The hotel is so lovely I went there for my Programm and stayed 4 days the whole experience was awesome the staff were very is friendly and courteous special mention to the front office lady miss urmila very helpfull and kind must visit there
