I’m too satisfied with this stay. It is nearest to airport with 24hours restaurant around. So nice!

Late check in was available. Staffs were amazing and helpful when needed. Food was good. Location was perfect.

No hotel can replace its location. Convenient for those with early or late flights. Food is good, and sleep is okay.

Room was very small which I did not expect . The room I book was deluxe room but it does not look like at all . I told them upon check out but I got the answer ,it is a deluxe room so better property should change the name as standard. Staff was telling something we should ask upon check if want to have bigger room or something which does not make any sense to me. They should give us more information or choice if there is . They should not pass the ball to us saying we are the one should ask for it. Anyway staff were polite and very helpful .

The room was different . There was nothing as shown in the picture . There was no chairs no hair drier available. For my room the view was airport facing but i got the room facing towards road .

The hotel location is convenient for traveller need night break before catch next morning flight. Staff is friendly and most of them can spoke English. The cabinet with drawer can clear up, the cleanliness could do better.

Great Location as the hotel is just a few mins walk outside the airport , especially after a late night flight. No need to go through all the hassle of waiting for taxis. Rooms were excellent, very clean, spacious and great amenities, you can also access youtube and other channels through the hotel TV. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, they provided a great variety of dishes. Everything was great, but the price was a bit too high considering and comparing other hotels in Nepal. The room i booked cost a total of around 110usd per night and i think i can book a 5 star hotel with way better facilities and services with the same amount of money. Other than that, the hotel was great, the biggest plus is the location. Will definitely book again but a cheaper room.

We’re a couple with teenage boy. The family room was excellent for our stay.,the hotel is just a little expensive compared to downtown or across the large Blvd behind the hotel. The beads and sheets are great. Very comfortable. The Nepalese, come on, these are the kindest and most polite people on planet earth. Service and care are impeccable.

Good security. Lock on all doors. Location is good. Service is good. There are mosquito screens. People are nice and helpful. Family business means they really care. All in all great value for money . Oh yes nice welcome coffee 👋. 😌

Location is perfect, which is very near to the airport. it's very convenient for the one who takes the early plane. The only thing that i am not satisfied is there is no shower nozzle only the showerhead.

Great stay! Excellent service, comfy rooms, ideal location just within TIA perimeter. 5mins walking from airport. No need taxi to ferry.Staffs are so friendly.Highly recommend Black Diamond Hotel.
