Possidi Holidays Resort & Suite Hotel

We visited in 2022, everithing was terrible. Very unplasent staff at the reception. Hotel really deserves 3 stars at most. Don't go!

Horrible stay in 2022 - unprofessional staff, unfriendly reception service, poor location, degraded facilities. Avoid!

The rooms are dirty! The balcony doors are broken, beds are separated, and easy moved! Bathroom is extremely dirty! Dirt, mould everywhere, sink and shower are broken, water leaks everywhere! The maximum is a 3 star hotel, but a very very old one!

I was looking for a Resort for our summer holidays.. I wrote e letter to the reservation department of the hotel and kindly asked to provide information about the locations of the rooms. (As in the map I noticed there are bungalows which are very far from the beach and with kids will be very unconfortable for us to be provided such room). As in the photos of the hotel posted in the hotel’s own website there are family rooms with very close views to the sea, I just asked whether there are bungalows which are close to the sea and/or main building? I was rudely answered that they don’t have family rooms close to the main building and they can not assist me. They didn’t even offer an option. The employee who answered the letter didn’t even write her name in the letter. Now I understand why there are so many bad reviews regarding this hotel. The way they answer the letters(very unsupportive) talks about the way they will host their guests.

Amazing sunset view from the restaurant, very good food, spacious and clean room, polite and helpful stuff. Everything is close: the distance from the room to the beach or the pool, to the restaurant and to the kids playground is just a few meters (less than 80m) which makes it very convenient especially if you have small kids. Maybe not what you expect from a 5 star hotel, but definitely a decent hotel! Great place to relax!

We are currently at the hotel enjoying our family holiday. On arrival we were welcomed with free water and accommodated in our room. It is on the hill but we didn't mind as it has stunning views of the sea. Our room was initially booked for MV, but we got a partial sea and garden view. Thanks for this! The room itself is very clean and tidy. It does need some improvements in terms of updating the furniture, but we didn't mind this as the beds were comfortable to sleep in, and it had a new aircon and nice tiles placed in it. Our refrigerator didn't work, and it was replaced with a new one immediately. WiFi is fantastic, and towels are changed daily. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. Always ready to ask if you need any refreshments or anything you need. For lunch we visited the restaurant with great food and the prices are very reasonable. The beach was our favourite feature as we could always find a free umbrella with beach beds available, and the water when calm is a pleasure to swim in.
