Hotel Riu Jambo - All Inclusive anmeldelser

We enjoyed our stay at Rui Jambo it is a 4 star hotel and lives up to it. There’s lots of activities and the food is very good with lots of options. The reservations were fully booked for the other restaurants which was annoying but the staff did call us when a reservation was cancelled so we got to have dinner on the water.

It was a wonderful experience. Every employee is so kind and we are lucky to meet the restaurant manager 'Randy'. He's really professional and provided excellent service. We are thank you so much to him and really hope to visit there again.

This hotel was a very enjoyable stay! I first must mention the food! Almost all of the food I had was incredible, very good food , and the selection was very impressive. Secondly, the beach is amazing, when the water is clear it is truly a marvel. The hotel is quite large and busy if you enjoy a more secluded stay this is not the place for you , that being said I still found my time here incredibly enjoyable. All staff were kind and talkative, the resort as a whole was very clean, and there is a grocery style super market with a good selection for extra drinks and snacks a five minute walk from the hotel entrance.

The hotel was in a good location, 10mins from sea turtles! The staff were lovely and very polite. The room for the most part was cleaned, however they did forget to clean the room and after a reminder on the Riu APP they came and cleaned it whilst we were at dinner. There is food in abundance .at the designated restaurant in the resort. However, when we arrived (around 10pm) from the airport we had no food options on arrival as the hotel does not offer room service and we had to wait until morning for a proper meal. The Spa was amazing! The beach was great. The entertainment was really good too

房間不大，挨着施工那棟，應該是酒店的二期，白天會比較吵，不過這是客觀因素也沒辦法讓人家停工，酒店很大很漂亮很安全，服務人員充足，最後一天的自助餐最好吃，前面兩天的對亞洲人來講沒啥吃的

熱情周到的服務，完善的各種設施，每天不同的餐點，完美度假酒店，下樓就是沙灘🏖️，摩託艇，帆船，騎馬，出海方便，帆船上節目很有非洲特色！

Тот редкий случай, когда реальность превзошла ожидания! Могу отметить следующие плюсы: в номере новая сантехника, мебель, техника, все работает, нигде ничего не отломано, приятное белоснежное постельное белье, кондиционер работает отлично на всех режимах, персонал очень приветливый. Особенно понравилось, что все запросы можно отправлять через официальное приложение RIU. В нем можно заказать воду, попросить обновить мини бар, сменить постельное белье, забронировать столик в ресторане а-ля карт и многое другое, очень удобно. Отель находится на красивом пляже!

海景很美，服務很棒。值得這個價錢。 main自助餐廳雖然種類很多，但是味道非常一般。兩個西餐廳需要提前至少3天才能約到，衹住兩晚的我們基本無緣，另外一箇中餐廳倒是約到了但是比main自助餐還難吃，圖四是中餐廳的部分食物，食之無味。勝在新鮮，全程沒有拉肚子。
