We had an amazing stay at Royal Mandarin. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Appreciated the early check in. Staff ran to assist with our bags , served us fresh coconut juice and refresher towels upon arrival. Loved that the rooms we had, had direct excess to the beach. Evening entertainment was well though off. Thank you 'Animation team' the 2 gentleman did a great job. The chef listened and customized some of our meals to suit our needs. Loved the breakfast meals that was given. The rooms had a fresh concrete smell , u can tell its a new room. The bed was a dream to sleep on , soft, comfortable and snugged . Coffee machine, slippers, gowns and umbrella was a nice personal touch to the room . Hotel is away from the busy areas so no outside disturbance trying to sell a tour. Royal Manadrin is the perfect hotel if u looking for a peaceful, relaxed, luxury environment.

I would like to thank the Royal Mandarin Hotel for the happy vacation that I and my family spent there. Everything was above wonderful, starting from the warm welcome from the staff until we left. The room was clean and had a direct view of the sea. There was calm and cleanliness everywhere. The beach was beautiful, clean and quiet. The food was fresh and delicious. There were different types of juices throughout the day. There were many activities for adults and children and a really enjoyable children’s play area. We all had a great time and we will definitely come back again in the next round.

The hotel is new, with great infrastructure. Quiet and friendly atmosphere. Attentive and caring staff, especially Ahmed, Isack, Fausta, Adil and the others. I had the opportunity for the hotel to organize my birthday! Thanks a lot for each and everyone.

The staff, especially the Saturday team, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for—truly fantastic service all around. Every detail was handled with such warmth and professionalism. But the real showstopper? The views. Waking up to the ocean stretching out before us was like a dream.
