My recent stay at Hotel Anand Castle was an utterly disappointing experience. I booked a room per night, expecting a decent level of comfort and service. However, I encountered a series of issues that severely impacted my stay.
* Subpar Accommodation: The room itself was in poor condition. The toilet seat was broken, making it uncomfortable to use. The bathroom was cramped and lacked adequate space for bathing. The washbasin was disproportionately large compared to the bathing area, further hindering movement.
* Poor Food Quality: The food served was of extremely poor quality. The buffet, which was the only dining option, consisted of a limited and unappetizing selection, including poha sandwich and aloo puri.
* Rude Staff: The hotel staff were consistently rude and impolite throughout my stay. Their lack of professionalism made the experience even more unpleasant.
* Unhygienic Conditions: The room was not clean. The bed sheets were stained, and the water supply for bathing and washing had visible muddy elements. The tea kettle in the room was also not functional.
* Technical Issues: To add to the discomfort, the jet water in the toilet stopped working mid-use, causing further inconvenience.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Anand Castle was a deeply unsatisfactory experience. The subpar accommodation, poor food quality, rude staff, and unhygienic conditions far below the expected standards for a hotel of this price range.
