Very nice hotel in quiet location. Good welcome drinks but only btw 2pm to 5pm. Very near to Delicia supermarket.

Room is spacious with mini pantry and cooking facilities. But the renovation is a bit old-fashioned. Some renovation may be needed. Overall environment and facilities are quite impressive based on what I paid.

Great hotel.  Large rooms and excellent service.  Location is convenient. Nice Spa bath facilities.  Buffet breakfast-especially selections-can be improved to other hotels standards.  But service personnel was better than most!

This hotel is a bit remote to those not driving . But the rate is very reasonable and by taxi is short distance to everywhere near train and outlet for shopping n food . The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good with live music and cost is very reasonable with good service . But you need to do reservation in advance . There is a big supermarket a few steps away that you could buy fresh produce to cook simple meal in your room’s kitchen . The public pool is sufficient and cleanliness is fair . Overall a value for money hotel .

The location is very far from train station. It is a trap for 1 Yen to buy the breakfast. The hotel mentioned no such offer to the customers.

There's a Mcdonals very nearby (2 mins walk) and a big supermarket just besides (3 mins walk). Not the most convenient location for ski but a good budget option. We walk to the ski field (around 15 mins) with no issue.

The hotel room is big and clean, 16 min walking distance from the JR station, it is better if you have a car. There is a supermarket and McDonalds nearby.

Great bath hotel at Karuizawa, which is located 15mins walk from train station, next to McDonald's and a well stocked supermarket and cafes.

The hotel entrance is not so obvious. It is located in a narrow pathway with no hotel sign on the Main Street. Only a McDonald is at the opposite side of the hotel and you have to drive few minutes before going to the restaurants at the outlet mall. You have to climb few stairs before reaching both passenger and car parking lift, it is not so convenient to carry our luggages but the reception staff are helpful to carry our luggages to the passenger lift. The room is spacious but a bit old. There are five doors in the room and made us feel uncomfortable and inconvenient. Moreover, the bath temperature meter is situated in the kitchen which is not user friendly.
