What you pay is what you get. The price is cheap and the location is good. So for the price I wouldn't complain much to ask for more amenities. Staff was friendly and they also can arrange for a day tour to Ani ruin and Lake Cildir(is a local group tour so everything is in Turkish. take it as like a transport arrangement.) If you would like to have tea you can get it at reception. They do not have an elevator. The highest is the 4th floor.

It is a nice budget hotel with no lift inside so u had to bring your luggage using stairs. If you are looking for food, u can find a Burger King restaurant in front of this hotel. Cleanliness so so, I found hairs inside the bathroom :(

酒店過於老舊，但入住當天仍是滿房，勝在價格便宜。其實幾步之遙的康納克新酒店價格也貴不很多，條件要好得多。

Odalar yarım yamalak temizlenmiş, ikram su bile yok. Asansör yok. Çocuklu aileyiz bavullar elimizde 3 kat çıktık çok kötüydü.
