Duration of Stay: 16 Days The staff at Kiryibik were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our 16-day stay. However, several aspects of our experience left room for improvement. Management appears to be prioritizing cost-saving measures, which impacted various aspects of our stay. Despite the cleanliness of the hotel, the distance from the airport was inconvenient, making transportation challenging. The rooms were recently renovated and maintained a high standard of cleanliness, which was appreciated. However, the lack of variety in the food offerings was disappointing. Daily repetition and a limited selection, left much to be desired. Additionally, snacks were limited to hamburgers and fries, and the promised afternoon coffee with cake was substituted with dry old cookies. While the hotel advertises itself as a 5-star establishment, it falls short of this standard. The standout feature was undoubtedly the friendly staff, but other aspects, such as child-friendliness, were lacking. The presence of glass tables in the lobby, limited play spaces for children detracted from the overall experience. The mini club is very small and was almost all the time closed. Furthermore, the swimming pools were disproportionately small considering the number of rooms, and the beach amenities were outdated, with defective parasols and a worn-out terrace. In terms of value for money, the hotel did not meet expectations. The high price did not align with the quality of service provided. We also encountered resistance when requesting alternative food options for our stay, indicating a lack of flexibility from management. The spa facilities were underwhelming, with poor quality and service. The hamam was frequently closed, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the spa area. In conclusion, while the friendly staff and cleanliness were highlights of our stay at Kirbiyik Hotel, several areas require improvement, particularly in terms of food variety, child-friendliness, and overall value for money. Management should consider revisiting their cost-saving measures to enhance the guest experience.

We have been coming to Turkey for 10 years. Excellent management. The staff is perfect from the maids, entertainment staff to waiters. I'm not one of those who like to experiment with food, but there is literally bird's milk.

The beach is across the road, they drive cars too fast(. But the entry into the sea leaves much to be desired, the plates are terrible and you can easily get hurt. By the way, the pier is cool, there are no stoves and everything is fine. And by the way, there were almost always free sunbeds, on the beach in basically everything was busy. In general, if there are no chic requests, you can have a great rest! The room was cleaned every day, towels changed almost every day, thanks to the girl who cleaned the room. Hotel: is not best but good Staff: terroble, they dont want help nothing. And if have problem they are waiting for pay or they not help Clean: too much problem with room cleaning, they only make your bed but norhing more. Food: each day same. The pool/bar//restaurant manager is terrible. If sou have proble he laugh on you and he go out before cleaning the problem

Firtsly they give us lower price before paying advance payment. Then it will be increased. They explained that we gave you 6 days price but 7 days are different. After payment I was constrained to accept it. They gave me general information related their all inclusive concept. But there was no detail related to missing parts which maybe change my mind to book this hotel. Wifi, safe and beach towel are provided with additional charge (each day 2 €) even wifi is 2€ per mobile phone each day. There is no toothpaste and brush, no slippers. You need to buy this kind of things yourself. The rooms are soo old and hotel located next to the road. Thus you have to listen traffic noise if you open your window. You can’t enjoy the sea view because of this. By the way I booked the room with sea view but first day they gave us the room at the first floor and call it sea view room. But you need binoculat to see the sea. Moreover it was located next to the night disco. And you had to listen another noise until 11. After the first night I talked Ali at reception to change my room, only he helped me and give me real sea view room. But as said before the cars noise is worse. Regarding to the cleaning… it is catastrophe. Cleaners come when you call them. Otherwise no one will come and clean your room. If they do it, they forget to give you new towels and other things. You need to remind and get these things yourself. Once I asked a new doormat for the bathroom, cleaner said that is limited that’s why I cant give you new one. After my foot slipped in the bathroom, she put a new doormat… Related to the food… Awful. We couldn’t eat anything. And after 3 days my mom had diarrhoea and I had to take her to the Alanya Governmental Hospital. When I said that your food is old, not fresh. They say there are 1200 guests here. But I talked many of them they were agree with me. Catastrophe… But there is more… If you stay that hotel more than 5 days they organize one dinner at the restaurant ‘A’la Carte’ with fix menu. If you were in Alanya, you maybe saw a restaurant A’la Carte in front of Iskele (seaport) which is quite well known. Once we went across that place we also saw the name and guessed that hotel may organize the dinner here. It’s so logical to think that because there are many hotels which have an agreement with other restaurants or entertainment places. And I asked to the girl at reception (Gamze) that do you mean the restaurant in front of the Iskele, she said yes. After reservation we went to the restaurant but the waiters said that we dont have such a deal with Kirbiyik hotel… then I had a dinner there on my own and came back (from 18 km away from hotel) to the reception and wanted to speak to head of the hotel. Someone came and I started with all missing points (towels, wifi, safe etc). The behaviour of the guy is like he is the advocate of the hotel, not the manager… He started to argue with me and give stupid explanations related to missing parts. He said
