Mr nazmol is good staff , when i stay this hotel feel like home , and for breakfast is good specially when i take pancakes is very delicious, next time i will come back again in this hotel

An absolutely brilliant apartment hotel. From the moment you arrive you feel right at home. The place is spotless throughout and maintained to an excellent standard. If anything is required - extra towels; a new kettle; an airer etc. - then these are brought to your apartment within minutes. The shuttle bus is also a superb feature to the stay. Location could not be better for the mall below - with the Al Jazira supermarket a few yards from Fraser Suite's access to the mall. Only downside is can be noisy at night from excess road noise. That said, I have no hesitation to award this an overall 5* rating - the 7th floor pool/jacuzzi and health centre is fantastic! However, best of all - and without a shadow of a doubt - are the staff. From reception to maintenance to housekeeping, they really are second to none. Always a smile and a personal greeting whenever they see you around the hotel. As I said at the start of my review, a real home from home. Thank you all for making my stay so perfect!

Very cozy, comfy, and relaxing apartment, all you need to feel like home will get it here. The hotel is attached to Seef mall for easy access. The hotel is very secure. The hotel is very clean and you feel welcome.

I'd think twice before coming here. The rooms are OK but there is no food or beverage service - other than breakfast which was the worst by some margin I have found in any hotel - had to go somewhere else. If you want a coke have to go to local supermarket. Shame that Fraser doesn't make a little more effort.

We weer in the process of moving and needed somewhere in the right location and Fraser suites just fitted the bill perfectly. I asked for an early check in ( 0900) as we had an overnight flight and was instantly told it was all ok and no extra charge. On arrival after a long tiring flight we were introduced to service above an beyond an awful lot of other hotels we have been to, simply effortless check-in beautiful rooms which had been upgraded as well and just a lovely place to be. Location wise its faults as Seef is the gateway to the City and the other way to the rest of Bahrain with ease. During our 5 day stay we experienced a total service with smiles and help and just people enjoying what hey do and doing it so very well. Thank you to all the staff for helping the two of us starting a new journey so nicely. If your looking for a good location excellent service then look no further will be sending anyone hat comes over to this place for sure.

Too expensive No service The person who took the bags and brought the car he was very helpful But no room service The woman in respion The woman in the reception was not good and disrespectful to my presence. She would leave me waiting and go to someone else
