Omega View Hotel & Resort

Great hotel to stay overnight duribg Safari trip. Rooms are big and clean, beds are comfortable, tasty food, staff was very helpful. Kids were very happy with the nice swimming pool. I recommend rooms on pool side of the hotel because it is more quiet.

When we first arrived we were very warmly welcomed by the staff who gathered up our bags and provided us with a welcoming juice before taking our bags upstairs. We were shown to our room and the decorated bed was a true work of art. The hotel lives up to it's name with an amazing view from the bedrooms and the top floor dining room. Free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms and dining room. Staff were very attentive and food was amazing during the three nights that we spent. Problems are attended to promptly, in our case a new bathroom light fitting was installed the day after we reported it broken. Omega Hotel is a very convenient base for trips to Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara NP and surrounds. Thankyou very much to manager Emanuel, Jakob, Yohani our personal valet and Vero and Virigi the talented artists who decorated our beds.

Charming hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff, great fresh food, clean rooms, conveniently located near ngorongoro Park. The children can't wait to come back again!

As our personal experience we were satisfied with all their services, from food to cleanliness to giving respect to us + the welcoming was just wonderfully handled. We stayed for 2 days but we had a wonderful and relaxing trip + this hotel made our stay more comfortable, We had a small problem with there lift during our visit but that was all because I had elders with me, otherwise I did like to visit next time and ofcourse recommend anyone for this hotel. I did like to thank the always smiling staffs. From the reception, to cleaning, to the lobby and ofcourse the manager too keep doing the hard work.

I 💯 recommend this hotel. The location is walking distance to everything and the view is amazing. The rooms are comfortable and the service couldn’t be better - there was always someone available to help with luggage or food or anything we needed. The food is a great mix of African and American so everyone gets what they want. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel with amazing staff who go above and beyond to cater for you. Jacob was amazing and was a brilliant waiter throughout our stay. Thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. Food was always amazing and hotel is lovely and clean. It’s like a home from Home.
