We loved the lodge. The service, the tents, the food- all was wonderful. In the morning you can hear the birds singing. Best position to start to the ngorongoro-adventure.

Amazing place. Location is great as it is very close to Ngorongoro as well as town. Staff is very helpful and kind, without a doubt the best part of the lodge. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool which is also amazing. No complains. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a night or two in Karatu!

The accommodations were just what we wanted! They had a sitting area on the deck to relax! The staff here is VERY welcoming and fun to be around! They are amazing people and we felt very welcomed! Highly recommend staying here on your Safari!

The lodge and the entire complex are very beautiful and very clean. The tents/rooms are well-equipped and very spacious. The food is varied and we enjoyed it very much. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the staff, who always spread a good mood and provided excellent service. The manager was on-site and made sure everything was in order. We highly recommend this accommodation!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the most beautiful big smiles and made to feel very welcome. The surroundings are lush and serene and the accommodation is fabulous. The veranda overlooking the gardens was a great way to relax after a busy safari day. A huge thank you to Marco and his wonderful team for making our stay something special. We will be back!!!

The lodges are beautifully presented amongst beautiful gardens and a big swimming pool. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt at home from arrival and they gave us a fabulous send off on our last day. The game drives with Marco were awesome, he was a very safe driver and was very knowledgeable on the best tracks for animal spotting. We were so lucky to see so many wild animals on our first day out in Arusha National Park. The trip to Serengeti was amazing the landscape and opportunity to sleep amongst the wildlife was a next level experience. Highly recommend the team at Njiapanda for your safari holiday.

Gorgeous lodge in a lush green garden. Really beautiful and comfortable tented rooms, glamping Tanzanian style! There is even a lovely pool to lounge around. Great food with incredibly warm and welcoming staff who look after all your needs. Perfect location on the doorstep of the Ngorongoro crater and best of all it is locally owned and run so the money goes back into the community. Don’t forget to bring a warm top for the cooler evenings.

What a lovely place to stay! Very nice and polite staff, nice and clean „rooms“, wonderful and delicous food! We went there for one night in between 2 safaris and i think it was the most special accomondation we stay :) Definitely recommendable. Special thanks to Eliya :)

We had a tented camp in the crater reserve and it got switched at the last moment, this added a two hour additional drive back and forth. The camp was ok but not more. No mosquito nets, robes, short on toilet papper etc. So more an issue with the Safari company, Suricata Safari's then the resort, so adequate but not what was expected. It seems like Suricata Safari is using this lodge - rebooking its clients last minute - to get this cheep place far from the crater, not caring that it Will take hours extra from the clients.
