The room was great, with great wood works and decor. Hilal from the staff was very helpful as well. Dinner buffet could have been better though and there were frequent power fluctuations during the stay. Overall a great and memorable end to a vacation in Kashmir.

It was an amazing decision I feel to come to Kashmir with my family. This has been the best experience with the people I met here especially at the houseboat where we stayed for a week. I would suggest people to come here and enjoy the real beauty of Kashmir.

Great facility, spacious room, proper heating, nice view on dal lake. Really reccomend to use this boat house. Shikara ride was also great with nyc view. Breakfast provided was also good compared with other hotels given that it is on lake. Go for it.

It was well planned and executed , will suggest your company name to other friends and family and share my memories. Hope, you will continue to serve ,and make old couples like us to tour without tension and enjoy. It would be better to call customers in between to make them more happy .

Beautiful house boat. Warm and cozy .My Parents Loved the stay here. Well maintained and lovely ambience. the rooms were excellent and also have 24 hours hot water available. Food was good and hygienic. One suggestion is that please include South Indian cuisine for breakfast lunch and dinner.

The over-all experience was very good...caring staff tried their best to carter services in extreme cold weather conditions. In such conditions personally I felt it is not advisable to stay in the houseboat, with children. Though to see the chilling dal lake was one of the memories we carry.

It was nice experience staying in Meena group of house boats. This house boat was very neat n clean. They provided all the necessary items which required. They provided AC in the room which was working as a heater. They will call Shikara too incase you want to go the other side of dal lake. Overall it was great experience in this housboat.

Very welcoming and amazing staff Very comfortable stay with beautiful view on dal lake Breakfast was really great. Cozy warm room to unwind and relax with a kashmiri touch Every furniture of the room is artistic and designed with walnut wood

Ambience and hospitality was amazing. Houseboat was neat and clean. Food was good but it was really less spicy. And we really had great time over there. View was amazing. Staff also quite helpful and polite. But hopefully next time food will be better.
