Hotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.

I did not stay, I never visited this property because of medical issue.I had raised request early for the same but they did not cancel and process refund.
I had requested for adjusting the booking at future date, it asked for more money.
The general manager, the hotel authority are terrible and doing robbery.
Even mmt support could not help.
I did email and talked over customer care as it was medical issue the experience is too terrible.

Only best part is near to Dal lake. For everything else thumps down. Service is very bad. For room heater and hot water they have time even there is cold weather. Food was also not good. Staff is ok but while checkout all staff will stand in front of you for tip even they have not serve you. Many near by options within same price. I will not prefer this hotel next time.

Average hotel with no lift facilities and rooms are also not up to the mark. Location is near dalgate but vehicals find it difficult to reach hotel due to narrow passage.

Stay was very nice, room is very good, service was very prompt, very nice stay location was near dallake and mir bhai manager of this hotel is very cooperative

Overall is ok. But room service is not satisfactory. Room space is congested but separate parking facility is available.

Best experience of staying overall, good and cooperative staff. Beddings not so neat & tidy. Washroom not well maintained, food quality not upto the mark. Hotel manager refused to provide a complimentary late check out & airport dropping, though enjoyed the trip.
