The hotel Sultan Residency is top-notch. In addition to being pet-friendly, the accommodations offered fantastic views of Kashmir’s natural beauty of Nagin Lake, Private Parking available at hotel and a garden and an onsite restaurant. The Food is delicious, speciallly Pizza, Milk Shakes and Non Vegeritain food is must try at Hotel Sultan Residency. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, special thanks to Mr. Naseer Khawaja and Mr. Naraj Babu making sure that we had everything it needed to feel like at home. We truly miss their company and looking forward to meet them again soon in our next trip to Kashmir.

We have had the best experience in Srinagar at Hotel Sultan Residency. Mr Naseem is very hospitable and warm. Highly recommended for people to stay in Srinagar. Budget friendly, Lake view, and authentic food. Entire team ensures that you have an amazing experience.

The staff was very nice. The waiter showed me how the make their drinks from locally sourced fruits. Especially, the apple drink, that was very nice. It tasted a bit flat at first but i guess we are used to eating food with chemicals, that organic tastes different.

The view of the lake was amazing, the staff was nice. The food at the rooftop cafe was goooood. Bonfire dinner in the garden was nice but it was cold cus of the lake. Overall a good experience. They had a boat ride thing going on but it was too cold for me go into the lake. Every thing else was good.

Sultan Residency made our family stay truly special! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The local cuisine at the restaurant was fantastic, and the overall peaceful atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. We highly recommend this place for families and look forward to returning!

Such amazing stay ! We stayed here for 7 days and trust me such a beautiful and homely experience . The owner Neeraj uncle is so so so so generous by heart , this hotel felt like a home in Kashmir. I celebrated my husband birthday also here , staff is so well behaved and treats like family.

Very, very welcoming people! Gave fabulous advice on each activity that we wanted to do, as well as informing us about any difficulties ***** the way (Road closures due to the Yatra, etc.), and also went out of their way to help us out with things we wanted to do (E.g., getting us into contact with someone to arrange Gondola rides). The rooms were comfortable and hygienic (They have hot showers). Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic hotel and great team. Naseer and Mubashir were awesome. Well done to General Manager Azad, Clean rooms and very nice breakfast, we are very happy. Thank you team, keep up the great work. This is my first visit and have been very happy with the price paid and service received.

The rooms have all the modern amenities, are super clean, and the food is awesome. The service is also prompt. The rooftop bar is also good. Special mention - The dinner buffet. We stayed for one night. Hotel Sultan Residency is truly a gem in this budget.
