Ayom Suite

We stayed 2 nights. Very warm welcoming from Ms May. Everyday the fruits and homemade juice were refilled. Did not manage to have breakfast but we had dinners and the food are fabulous! On our last night, my boyfriend got an upset stomach and was vomitting badly very early in the morning, which we were quite certain that he got cold from the snorkeling tour earlier and eating spicy Bali food. I am greatly thankful that we received immediate and delicate assistance from the hotel - Ms. Dayu came to check on us and later with her colleague drove us to the nearest hospital. She also helped us to communicate with the local medical staff to make sure we could catch our flight... I could not ask for more, thank you all once again from the bottom of my heart.

Our group of four attended a conference in Mataram. We spent a full week at Ayom Suite, and all of us rated it one of our our best ever hotel experiences. It is a very long time since I stayed anywhere that offered this level of service. It was truly superb. The rooms were 100% clean, fresh and comfortable. The staff treated us like valued friends and family. They knew just what we needed before we even asked! Food and beverage service was top quality. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit and home made juices that were left in our room each day, along with the generous jar full of home-made cookies that appeared in our room daily. The overall ambience of this property has to be experienced to be believed. Truly incredible! None of us wanted to leave, but when the time came we were thrilled that all of the staff came out to bid us farewell with hugs and a small gift.

We stayed for 2 nights in the club suite. We really liked the warm welcome and all the check-in processes done in the suite. They served us a welcome drink along with canapés and ice cream for my son. The hotel is a hidden gem in the middle of town. We basically had all our meals there – breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner – all of which were certainly delicious. Shout out to the kitchen team! They maintain the property very well, and little touches in the room like coffee and tea, cookies, chocolate, and juice are just perfect! Will stay there again if we visit Lombok! Thank you, Ibu Dayu, Chika, and Mita! Our stay was definitely memorable!

Stephanie Rosa, has step into a New hotel in a suite concept in Mataram... charming and calm ambience, feels like home... Rooms are new, so you won't have a complain about. Clean and comfort, since they have a superb bed also! Service? Everyone is kind and polite,... Room is incl breakfast (at anytime, since it is ala carte) and high tea for 2 person from 4pm - 6 pm daily ... the price is worth! Choices of menu, not much but worth to try! .... will definitelly tell some friends about Ayom Suite!!
