Club & Hotel Letoonia

This is a paradise, the best place you can drew for your vacation. Located on the peninsula with 2mile Long Beach/beaches. I walked every morning along the seaside paved trail. Letonia is the place to heal your soul! The bungalows are on the top of the hill with a gorgeous views of the harbor/bay. Very relaxing, clean, and comfortable with a special patio/balcony. The beaches are sandy and with clear water, which is good for families with children. The spa provides good services. There are several restaurants with delicious food and great views. The alcohol is good quality comparing with other all included hotels. My great THNKS to the staff members who served us every day: Zhanna Sapar, Makhabat Baisarinova, Pavel and many others I don’t remember all names. Especially personals who served us at Cactus restaurant. They are doing the really good and hard work. The front desk service is very helpful, you can call them at night to fix a problem if you have and they will help immediately, the taxi drivers are knowledgeable about how to drive safely. Highly recommend this place to stay!

I have been using clup LETOONIA few years now. I have always felt privileged became part of the Letoonia family . I feel the love and warmth right at the beginning of reservation Jennet, then reception INRAHIM AND THE TEAM. Feel homely with Jemile house keeping. Off course excellent Animation Team.

We returned to Letoonia after a year. We had the best holiday last year and wanted to repeat it again on our anniversary. The place didn't disappointed. Arrived late as our flight was delayed, but staff was again very welcoming even it was early in the morning. We booked again hotel room rather than bungalow. Lovely, friendly staff took us to our room, but I wasn't sleeping well due to noise( I am a music teacher and struggling with sounds). I asked on reception next day, if they can help change the room, but unfortunately it wasn't possible straight away due to peek holiday season. Few days later, they managed to find us lovely quite room. Everything was perfect afterwards. We had our cleaning lady that we had last year. She made us welcomed again and our room was always spotless. Thank you for all your hard work. We done some trips- one was with Joseph's safari- amazing experience, so much fun and laugh. The other was trip to Turtle beach again. Fantastic experience again. Unfortunately I misplaced my phone with some of my cards, Hotel card and driving licence. I have to say, all people who help to deliver my phone with everything they been amazing and thank you. Our tour guide Atti, rep, boat driver and bus driver have been outstanding to organising my phone to be delivered to our hotel with all cards next day. Thank you again. Gentlemen on reception ( staff I forgot his name,sorry) he lend me his mobile phone to contact our rep to let him know. The same gentleman who managed to organised swap our room. Thank you. As our wedding anniversary I booked private boat for all day trip out. We had relaxing and lovely time with great food. Thank you. I did the spa treatment. The place felt much busier and rushed compared to last year. I had Turkish bath and massage. It was OK but was hoping for more. I prefer swim in the sea, therfore we spend more time on the beaches. Mainly near Marina and a few times on Delphine beach. Our daughter 9 loves art and crafts and Biylek was fantastic with her. She remembered us and welcomed us back. Thank you. It's lovely to know people remembered you and make you feel so welcoming. We loved our food and restaurants. Again we haven't been disappointed. Theme night of different cultures was amazing. Thank you Sherkan assistance manager who recognised us from last year and welcomed us back like a family. All staff work extremely hard and food is very tasty. This year they prepared massive cake. Whole parade was fantastic to watch and cake was very tasty. We tried Chopstix restaurant. Very impressed with food and service. Same standard for food and service as 5 star restaurants in UK. Well done. WiFi is a bit down site, but it's maybe a good thing as you can spent more time with loved ones and other humans, rather then screen and technology;) Entertainment in this place is outstanding.
