I love their customer service, friendliness of all employees especially the workers. Great location right near the mall, great for shopping and eating.

The location was convenient but lack some basic amenities. The room was spacious but a bit old and bed was too soft. This is the second time stayed there, service is always friendly.

Location was perfect going around Kapolei

Overall great place to stay for families on the west side of the island. Despite being located right inside a big mall area, it actually felt quieter and more relaxed compared to the heavy touristy area of Waikiki Beach. Rooms are standard Hampton as one would normally expect on the mainland. Breakfasts are standard. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was incredible. The room was super clean, modern, and spacious. I particularly loved the round facial soap and the neutrogena toiletries. I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to local restaurants and bars, of which there are many to choose from. There is ample parking around the hotel, and parking passes were provided to me and my friend. The staff was incredible, and I enjoyed the free breakfast buffet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because of its cleanliness and convenience. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, relaxing, quiet. Convenient, next to mall. Free hot breakfast. A pot of hot rice would be nice.

除了地理位置略偏，其他都是百分百的好。酒店位於一個mall裏，旁邊有家foodland farm的超市，裏面的poke飯味道不錯，連吃兩晚；還有macy、CPK和cheesecake factory，以及各類快餐廳、甚至有家火鍋店，吃飯很方便。我們是第二次來檀香山了，不想再住在嘈雜擁擠且要付鉅額停車費的威基基，因此覺得這家酒店非常好。出來進去就是開車唄。自帶的泳池和健身房也不錯，早餐豐富，就是餐廳的空調冷了些。酒店在一樓提供公用微波爐、免費的茶飲和咖啡。總之，這家無意中看到的酒店是此行最好的酒店咯

價格在卡波雷這個區域不算便宜，但勝在環境和服務，酒店設施齊全，很新，美式早餐比較簡單但吃飽沒有問題。身處一個大的購物中心，旁邊停車，餐飲，超市，健身，購物，娛樂一應俱全，基本上不需要開車出去即可解決。距離威基基大約15公里以上，適合在夏威夷歐胡島自駕的遊客。

酒店check in 前台非常熱情，房間乾淨舒適，早餐品質好，免費停車，有游泳池。呆過了waikiki海灘，可以考慮這邊。 酒店在kapolei，周圍有macy 和各種商店，適合購物，macy 有很多折扣，划算。有food超市，附近意大利麪不錯，適合中國惹人的胃。 我們去逛了Ko Olina 度假區的海灘，還有mermaid’s cave. 中午在beach house 吃了中飯，價格不高，景觀好，喝了杯啤酒，然後開車回酒店附近shopping。

近くで行われたルアウ「パラダイスコーブ」に参加するために利用しました。 地元のアウトレットの敷地内に位置しているため、食事やちょっとしたショッピングもできるためよかったです。 お土産等の物価はホノルルと変わらず、Walmartや targetの方が安いです。 施設内も非常に清潔感があり、フロントも優しい人しかいなかったため、立地がホノルルから離れているとはいえ西側に来ることがあれば安価でもあるのでおすすめです。

서비스는 좋고 조식이 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집이 많아서편리한 점이 좋고 아울렛도 가깝네요. 시설은 개선이필요합니다.

房間很新，設施也很齊備。樓下是個shopping center。有超市飯店商店等很方便。適合自駕遊停車很方便。
