I loved my stay at the hotel. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great city view. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect to getting around on the MRT. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Highly recommend!

Okaish hotel, a bit wore down, so the reality will be a bit more dull compared to the pictures. Nothing big to complain about, except maybe for the fact that the gym and spa are closed on mondays. I ended up leaving one day earlier, which was a difficult undertaking. The hotel reception immediately agreed to shorted the stay, but Trip Support was constantly getting rejections from some central hotel authority, so it took 4 attempts to shorten the stay to get a refund.

Good location to explore Pier area, and good eateries within 10 mins walking distance as well.

Location is very good. It’s very convenient. The food is around there. All kind of food. Many different countries. Food is there in the bar and clubs are there

Great location. Near MTR station and also waterfront. Nice restaurants nearby and good walking path along the water front.

The hotel is simple and convenient for our visit. Quick walk to the Dayi Warehouse area which was fun.

Will not come back again

The hotel is well located in the city center, I liked particularly the location next to the river. Swimming pool is not big but it's clean and tidy. The room is clean and knit. You can find good restaurants around the hotel.

Quite alright. Decent value considering it’s Taiwan. Spacious room with window. Didn’t eat breakfast there so can’t judge.

設施：設施雖然很舊，但是功能齊全，很有質感。 衞生：衞生打掃的很好很乾凈。 環境：環境不錯，挺安靜的。 服務：服務很好，入住開票整個服務體驗很好，存行李的服務員態度特別好。 幾年前來的也是住在這裏。
