Because of a change in travel plans, we had 3 bookings for 4 nights. At first we were verbally told that we could keep the same room as we had in the first booking for all 4 nights for a small extra charge. After 2 days we were told to change to a smaller room due to full booking. After a lot of back and forth we were upgraded to a deluxe room for the last 2 nights at no extra cost, which we really appreciate. We call this good service and can recommend the hotel to others. The rooms was just like the pictures.

Its very impressing with the room size and location. 5mins walk from formosa station exit 7. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast and afternoon tea. Got upgrade to a better room and the bed is so comfortable.Will definetly come back again.

They are pros and cons: Pros: The staff in the hotel are super helpful and friendly. The amenities in the hotel are sufficient and generous. Cons: The washer was out of order for days and yet it has not been repaired yet. It appears that the management does not pay much attention to it. There are mosquitoes in the lift, at the dining area and even in my room that kept me awake the whole night. The toilet is not fully separated from the bedroom.... its doorl doesn't go all the way up....see photo.

Food is not bad, its in a good location, quite accessible to Fromosa Boulevard.

Good hotel but breakfast not tasty at all. good staffs and room are good but little bit dusty.

Room was super big and comfortable. Location was very good. For the breakfast buffet wise, option is not much and do note that the food is limited once finish.

Can't believe how great of a value this hotel is. Rooms are awesome, the beds are comfy, the breakfast is delicious (and all-you-can-eat!), and the location is quite convenient! Only negative point I'd say is that it gets quite humid in the room, even with the dehumidifier on. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Kaohsiung. Booking through trip.com made it even cheaper, since it was about half the price of what we were quoted at the front desk (4k NTD/night).

It takes 6-7 mins walk from Formosa Boulevard Metro to the hotel, the room is clean and big. The hotel serves tea and snacks from 3pm to 9pm. We are happy to stay in La Inn.
