Very good except the floor is very slippery with cautions required

Another return trip for short business trip to this lovely hotel. Centrally located very near to the Sandou shopping street. All facilities are available in nearby shops. The room rates includes free breakfast and 24 hours free snacks and ice cream in the hotel lounge. Room is comfortable and equipped with all the basic necessities. I really love the shower with strong pressure and special shower heads. Will positively recommend this hotel to all travellers

Super clean room, I am a germaphobe and I approve the hygiene and cleanliness of this hotel, some how better than some of the 4-5 stars international branded hotel (except some common area at the snack bar at ground floor was sticky). 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The staff 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: were friendly and nice, with high quality customers (mainly locals in Taiwan). Makes me feel home! Location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: a “real local” night market nearby, about 6 mins of walk, 10 mins walk to Sanduo MRT(accessible exit (15 mins if you walk slow)). 3 departments stores within 10 mins walk. Value for money 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻: free self laundry, breakfast, supper, parking and snacks bar in the common area. One of the 2 hotels on my list of accommodation for Kaohsiung lol… … the other one is intercontinental kaohsiung 🤑🤑🤑

The services and facilities were quite good. The meals, especially the late-night snacks, were truly impressive. The ice cream and refreshments on the first floor were equally satisfying.

The kindness hotel lives up to its name with excellent service from all staff who are friendly and courteous, and manage to ensure that guests have a most pleasant experience during their stay. The food is of a very good standard and the room is spacious and comfortable

Very Convenient place

酒店二樓餐廳的服務員態度很殷勤，服務很好，晚上有服務員煮自助餐担仔麵，很豐富，很多人手招待及執枱，十分熱鬧及熱情。 房間乾淨、有按摩花灑及設備完善。 但是泊車方面洒店安排十分之差，五點去到竟然一個位置泊車也設有。我們問可否如有位至電给我們也不能安排。迫使我們一定在外找停車位，傍邊停車埸更加痴線是一百元台幣一小時，我們如何找到位置泊過夜，我們在訂洒店已經要求有車位才過來，如果接受了我們要泊車客人訂單便要預留車位給我們，否則便不要接受我們訂單，好使我們租其他酒店。我們找不到車位泊車真的十分麻煩。如果你們沒有車位，應拒絕我們訂房，我們五時check in 後要揸車四處找車位泊過夜，酒店說資助200元台幣泊車，根本沒有可能在酒店附近找到路邊泊車格，只好監生俾人劏，用了差不多500 元台幣泊了一晚車，我們租車一天差不多1500元台幣，泊車又用了500台幣，租車加泊車費已經可以租一晚這個康槁三多酒店。不是金錢問題，我們有要求，需要服務，沒有這服務便不要給旅客麻煩，令你們台灣的酒店業留下很差的印象。你哋如果冇車位，我們可以去租其他。 我們用了500台幣找了很久找到停車位一晚，拿了發票給酒店之前答應退回200元台幣，到了check out 時候，我們趕去飛機埸，洒店竟然想賴皮，說我們要去停車場行政部打印一張有車牌照片的車照連同500元泊車證明再回來claim那個200元台幣的資助。我們真的嬲到爆炸，這樣的服務簡直不知所謂。 你們廣告是可安排泊車，然後收了錢確認了訂單，去到洒店沒有位泊車，然後又話給客人200台幣外出泊車，客人用了500台幣泊車也沒什麼特別要求，只想簡單了事check out 退房趕機埸，洒店退回200台幣又說到是資助客人，到退款又多為難，我們來台灣旅遊，租車、消費、購物、觀光、汽車油費、外面泊車、飛機票及食宿等，我們一天消賷最小用了每晚台幣一萬元。我們二人來台三天假期用了差不多四萬元台幣，二人即用了差不多港幣一萬元。 這個酒店真的政策當酒店的客人是乞丐嗎，200台幣外面泊車條件是你們開出的條件，我們泊了500一晚也沒有什麼要求，拿收據给你們卻諸多為難，我丈夫立即跟我說不要你們的200台幣，但你們酒店這做法必須給所有消費者知道。

服務人員會提前電聯確認入住情況，並提供停車資訊，（雖然無法保留停車位🤣，先到先停）房間簡單舒適，還有令人驚艷宵夜場，早餐種類很豐富，選擇性蠻多的

原本訂了兩床雙人房，check in時飯店升級了做四人房。房間寬敞舒適，整潔明亮，非常舒服。飯店有24小時零食吧，晚上7時至10時提供豐富的宵夜，食物都很好吃！另外還有免費的自助洗衣機乾衣機，對連住幾天的住客非常方便。非常推薦這間飯店，下次會再入住。

酒店位置方便，距離地鐵站只是5分鐘路程，職員態度1十分好，有問題都樂意解決。另外早餐選擇也很豐富，還有大堂亦設有飲品及雪糕吧，10分推薦、

酒店位置離捷運站，步行大概8分鈡左右。 酒店設有24小時咖啡吧，還有雪糕。 入住房間中規中矩，冷氣出風過於強悍。

隔音差到爆！走廊外有人經過普通講話聲音也聲到！是我住過隔音最差的飯店！
