We stayed from June 10-14, the rooms are clean, receptionists are all friendly. Buffet breakfast is superb also the 24/7 snack bar.. we will definitely go back..

There was a bug cuckoo wasp on the bed but when the management is not able to change our room as they are fully booked. The staffs came to change the bedsheet but one of the staff attitude was really bad. He threw the bedsheet on the floor and the bedsheet landed on my clothes in the luggage. Dust was flying everywhere and the staff didn’t even bother. Next issue is the aircond cannot adjust the temperature. It was so cold the whole night at about 18 degree and the ac is blowing directly towards the bed direction. It was a bad experience for the price i paid for that night. It was expensive, around 7.2k NTD per night for a 4pax room and i get such bad quality. It was my worst stay in Taiwan. The hotel apologised and changed our room the next day, but the ac issue is the same across all room. Never stay again and not recommended at all.

Room comfortable and clean. Good location for Metro and attractions. Breakfast was good but not really enough space at busy times. Plenty of food options around including Liuhe Night Market. Has a cheap coin laundry which was a bonus. Family Mart, 7-eleven nearby plus coffee shops and a cinema. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel provides useful facilities like washing machines and dryers. My wife and I also enjoy the free snacks and drinks for guests and the hearty breakfast. The hotel location is excellent and is near to attractions like the Liuhe night market. Regards, Mr Hiew

Place is nice and good. Staff is quite friendly. The best thing is that they offer FREE COFFEE, SNACKS and etc at any time at all in their cafe.

Everything was fine, except the wifi. We had problems reconnecting to their wifi after a couple of hours. Since it’s night time, we just let it be and went to bed. However, before we headed out the next day, I let the front desk staff knows that we are still having the same issue. He noted and said that they will try to fix it. When we came back, we couldn’t connect to the wifi at all. So I called up to the reception and asked what’s happening, the staff said he will send someone to our room to check what’s wrong with the wifi or router or whatever. Nobody appeared at the door 15 mins after the call. So I asked my friend to call the reception desk and ask what’s the situation. They said they have to call the wifi service provider and they can’t help to fix the issue now. That’s it. I was quite upset about it honestly 🥲

The Location was far from Main station Kaohsiung. The good points Friendly at reception staff, cleanliness of the room, good breakfast & coffee, snack facilities.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the nearest metro station, so getting around took some extra time. But overall, the experience was worth it — definitely sulit for the price!

The room is very clean and comfortable at this price. The only con is that it’s not that near to the train station, it took me 12-15mins walk. But in overall, their room is good and the breakfast is nice.

A pleasant surprise This hotel is about 10 min walk from 前金 MRT station, which is very convenient. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful in providing places for local food. Its 24-hour rest area is an excellent offer by this hotel, where hotel guests can pop in and pop out any time for a coffee, snacks or ice-cream. The only downside I can think of about this hotel is that we cannot adjust the temperature inside the room, as this is under centralized air-conditioning.

Very nice hotel rooms for the price you pay, decent breakfast included, good service, and helpful English speaking staff.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is near the night market and minimarts.

Very Accommodating staff. Good food. 👍👍 for the 24hrs snack bar.
