The room was clean. The hotel is much better than the other, the location is very good for the train traveler, staff is also helpful

Terrible service. We informed for late checkout. Staff behavior was rude. No help for picking up luggage while checkin and checkout but still they annoyed us asking for tips. No hotwater provided. No toothpaste. Overall terrible stay.

The hotel is very good and the rooms are big. Hospitality is very good. No language problem, the hotel staff guide properly. Though the canteen facility is not available the snacks arranged were superb variety.

I stayed in this property for three nights
first of all breakfast was on average basis alacate was being provided but the eating place was full of mosquitoes and food was served cold
opted for food service at room( bread jam and juice, ants were there on the food, expected the fresh fruit juice but was a tang artificial juice
food was again served cold rooms floors were clean
linen bed-sheets were dirty replaced again but still dirty no issues with the parking have upper and basement parking options got a extra mattress for the third member at last little disappointed with the services at kanyakumari stay with the make my trip

It was a nice hotel and the rooms are very nice i went with my family they offered me two big rooms which are connected to each other so it was pretty nice for me the location was also very nice but the only thing was food was not there in the hotel but you can get other restaurants nearby

Everything was good except hot water. It was solar and during rainy days no hot water at all. Our small baby had to have a bath in the cold water.
