Arrogant staff.Hopeless service.Every staff asking for money.No bath kit.No cleaning.No hygiene.Dont even dare to go with family it’s completely terrible place.

Behaviour of the person (old) sitting on the reception counter was very rude and non acceptable. Hotel could not provide the facilities as per mentioned in the booking voucher. When i contact the concerned person (the old ***), he said that, we we are not bound to provide the facilities as committed by mmt in your voucher,

Hotel staff is too good and helping nature lift is working 24 hrs. Need a clock room and room service required to update as money taken by the hotel owner for stay. There is no towel soap etc

No house keeping service, no room service the hotel area very dirty jst like a dirty hospital, i booked 3 bed room, room was clean & bathroom was also clean. I specially request receptionist late check out he totally rude d behave
