I would recommend this place because it is situated in a wonderful place. Close to the jetty and has rooms overlooking the sea. Hence, one gets a lovely viewbof the Vivekananda Rock, at night. The hotelnprovides a wake up call to watch the sunset. One just needs to go to the hotel terrace and enjoy the view. Breakfast has a huge spread. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room service is pretty prompt.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in India. It's not a 3 star hotel but it's not even a 1 star hotel. Only one lift and that tiny lift which can accommodate three slim people. The bathroom is a joke and the toilet is hard to use, no toilet paper, tiny soap. It's not a hotel for westerners.

Worst check in experience ever in my life. They couldn't provide rooms on our arrival asked us to stay in nearby hotel for the night and the next day only we are able to check in. Rooms are good and sea view is awesome. But staff and admin to be more attentive towards guests comfort.

Location is good to view for sun rise. I stayed in level 4. Few renovations going on on 1st floor. They could be more informed as we wonder while claiming stairs there is roof top. The receptionist could have information on this.

Great location. Great staff. Clean rooms. Small balcony for a good view. Very near to kanyakumari devi temple and vivekanand rock ferry terminal. Very good restaurant too. Testy food. Great service. Has terrace for sunrise view directly looking to the sea. So overall a great experience.

We booked 2 sets of twin rooms with the best sea view you can ever get in KK. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Location is the best. Great breakfast spread and fresh tasty food at reasonable prices available at all times at their restaurant. Couple of suggestions to take the hotel up to the next level. 1. Please get rid of your bed linen and towels and replace with fresh new ones. 2. The bathroom/toilet desperately needs refurbishment. It’s pretty bad. 3. Please provide mosquito repellant plug ins and also have a system set up to prevent mosquito ingress. Otherwise it’s an excellent value for money hotel at the best location in KK with friendly and helpful staff.

We had booked two sets of twin rooms with the best water views, sunrise and Vivekanada Rock. Location is easily the best in the area. Rooms are very spacious with good aircon. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast spread is awesome. Restaurant in premises serves fresh and tasty food at reasonable prices. Only suggestion, bathrooms are quite bad and desperately needs to be upgraded. Please do change the commode, cistern, washbasin, change taps and also tile the floor and walls of the bathroom. A small cost to do it but it will improve the amenities drastically and make clients happy.
