The hotel is in a delapidated condition, our stay was very poor, room service was pathetic and lacked basic amenities. Overall a poor experience here.

The room smelled, bathroom smelled also not cleaned up. Bedsheets were bad. Only pro was people were nice thats all. Will i get 1400 discount now!

Stay was fine. Towels were not changed everyday. Soap was provided only once during the 5 day stay and room service was not up to the mark, most of the time the number was busy.

Room was not as described, breakfast just had bread and butter and the hotel asked money for basic amenities like soap, dental kit and water. Overall not suitable for people travel-ling on business trips or with family or a couple. Solos that might like the stay would be perfect for them.

For ₹4000 per night, it’s not worth it. 1) No kettle was provided, and when I requested one, the staff handed me an old, dirty kettle, which I had to return. 2) The blanket for the extra bed was old and dirty, with no cover. 3) The towel provided looked old and unclean. 4) And the list goes on...

The hotel is under construction right now and all the areas are poorly lit. There is no ventilation in the room and in the bathroom. The room stinks, beded sheets are dirty. Overall a bad experience.
