The level of service was unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They made me feel like a valued guest at every turn. One particular staff member, amit yadav went above and beyond by helping us with all the orders This hotel exceeded all my expectations and delivered an experience I’ll cherish forever. Vijay intercontinental Kanpur We loved it here! From the moment we stepped in we felt at home. Breakfast was great, especially the omelet made to order. Room features. The large room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the color and the decor in the room Staff. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Our stay at [vijay intercontinental] was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern decor. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great .."This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area . thanks Akhilesh chaudhary

I was in kanpur for attending a wedding of my Friend and it was pleasant stay there. Nice property with good facilities. Comfortable rooms. Neat cleans rooms and bathroom. I definately reccommed to stay in such hotel while visiting Kanpur.

The hotel is good but buffet breakfast serve has very few variety. Furniture is old n with scratches, need an upgrade. Price per night is costly depending upon the service n infrastructure.

The rooms were very dirty and unkempt with pests around. The bathrooms were all leaking. The plug points in room were not working. Terrible experience i will recommend that you don’t offer the old wing rooms my guest were from abroad. Fridge in the room had no power. List is endless

The environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax and the food was excellent and the staff at this hotel were welcoming and helpful. Totally staff is well cultured and mannered and I appreciate their work. The hall was awesome and all over the experience is good.
