Had a wonderful experience with good hospitality, excellent food and close proximity to the beach. The hosts were helpful, arranged cab for us for the visits, and catered food to our liking. Our party included seniors and children who also enjoyed the safety and beauty of the resort Definitely would visit again and recommend to friends

My stay at Malabar Beach Resort in the past few days was nothing short of magical. Bang on the beach with perfect blend of luxury and attentive staff. Impeccably maintained. The lush greenery, pristine sandy beaches, and soothing sound of waves create an idyllic setting for relaxation. My room in the new wing that looked more like a villa with living room and private garden. Dining at the resort was another highlight. The restaurant serves a variety of delectable dishes, including traditional Malabar cuisine, fresh seafood, and international options. Every meal was a culinary delight. Exceptional experience, can’t wait to return.

The rooms are well kept, the sheets and pillow covers are fresh, the toilets are clean and hygienic. The property is very close to the beach. The food is simple and tasty, lunch and dinner are to be ordered so they serve it fresh and hot. Mr. Sunil the host and his staff are well mannered and polite, ready to help anytime, strongly recommend for a pleasent stay in Kannur.

A perfect homely beachside stay with exceptional hospitality, food with superb taste which really tasted like homemade style, The rooms are pretty neat and beautiful.. the gardens are really well maintained.. Best place for a peaceful stay with easy access to the beach.. a good location for a family / friends get together.. The beach near to it is very well maintained..

Blissful! Super high quality, comfortable rooms, this resort is everything you’d want. The gardens are paradise, the service skind and attentive; the food sumptuous. Outstanding value for money, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a genteel feel as a result of beautiful wooden furniture and linens.

A Memorable Stay at Malabar Beach Resort, Thottada, Kannur We had a truly wonderful time at Malabar Beach Resort in Thottada, Kannur. As we wound down the road towards the resort, the sight of the glimmering waters of the Arabian Sea took our breath away, setting the perfect tone for our holiday. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome by the owner, Mr. Sunil, made us feel right at home. The resort exudes a cozy, homely vibe, with the option to relax in the serene garden or take a short walk to the pristine beach. It was the perfect setting for an easy, relaxing holiday with family. The culinary experience was exceptional. The chef delighted us with mouthwatering dishes like fish fry and curry, appams, nool puttu, puttu, and even a flavorful chicken biryani. Every meal felt like a delicious feast made with care. Special mention must be made of Mr. Sumesh, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He called us even before our arrival to check on our journey and remained attentive throughout our stay. Vijay, too, was always on his toes, promptly serving us whatever we ordered from the kitchen. Throughout our stay, he and Vijay were constantly attentive, always ready with a smile and quick to respond to anything we needed. Mr. Sunil’s regular presence around the resort, ensuring every guest’s comfort, added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. We can’t wait to go back to this beautiful retreat. Malabar Beach Resort is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience to cherish. We loved every moment of it!

We had a homely vacation. The resort was welcoming, warm and cosy. Rooms and accommodations were equipped with modern amenities, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The owner, Mr. Sunil is a very kind and hospitable person creating friendly bonds with his guests. The manager, Mr. Sumesh was really helpful and made sure he met up to our needs at all times. The food was really good, as if it were homemade. The resort had an uplifting atmosphere and maintained hygiene at all times. The beach was just opposite the property and was very convenient. Overall had a lovely time at the resort, hope to visit again.

Malabar Beach Resort has been our go-to destination since 2015, and every visit feels like coming back home. This was our fifth time here, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The resort has a unique charm that instantly warms your heart, reminding you of the comfort and love of your grandparents’ place. The hospitality provided by the owner, Sunil, is unparalleled—he truly knows how to make every guest feel special. The staff are equally incredible, always friendly and courteous. A special shoutout to Sumesh, whose humility and friendly nature make the experience even more delightful. If you’re looking for a place that combines serene beauty, warm hospitality, and amazing food, Malabar Beach Resort is the perfect getaway. We’ll keep coming back, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape!
