If you are planning to go to Bir, don’t look any further than The Himaal. This is the perfect place to stay. The rooms are comfortable with great views. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks are delicious and the owner and his family are delightful. The location is quite and five minutes walking distance from the landing zone. There is simply nothing negative to mention.

My brother had visited Bir earlier and stayed at the Himaal - he highly recommended the place. The property is exactly like you see in the photos. We stayed at “Makalu” room which had an amazing view from its balcony. The sunset view from the terrace cafe “Dhaam” is so beautiful and serene. The location is also ideal - very close to the cafes and landing site. Bhuvan and Sharmila have really put their heart and soul into making this place and it really reflects in each corner of the property. They also guided us where all to go and helped us in bookings cabs, paragliding etc. I would also like to give shout out to the staff for maintaining the cleanliness and for being so well organized and friendly. We really enjoyed our time here and will miss everyone we met here especially Zarun, Joey, brownie and Aunty. Hope to come back soon. ❤️

Overall expierence Fantaboulous.The room decor very exotic,books to read freely available ,green plants everywhere,View from rooftop mesmerising and last but not the least cleanliness everywhere,even the bathrooms .The food tasty and homely.I must say Its a miracle himaal like homestays exist and i recommend you should stay here to expierence

A short stay that gave a lifetime of memories—Bir felt like a tight hug on a cold winter morning 🌞 From floofy dogs to beautiful cafes, cosy corners, lots of sunshine and good food, this place had it all! What made it even more worthwhile was the art all around—each nook and artifact had a story to tell and it was wonderful to experience so much warmth and hospitality! ❤️🌻 Thank you Himaal, for giving us such a wonderful stay. We loved every bit of it! Special mention to the cuddle pup Joey, baby Himaal and Sharmila :) not to forget the beautiful planter gifted by the family. ~ love & hugs Aditya & Shasya

Staying at the Himaal hotel was like spreading positive vibes for the whole vacation. One of the cleanest hotel a person can ever visit. It’s a location where you feel at home when you are far from it. The indian food was amazing specially momos, and tomato soup :) Its a good hotel to be after long hours of paragliding.

We were so lucky to have found this gem of a hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a stone’s throw from the landing site. The food was absolutely amazing, and the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. We had a stunning view of the sunset each evening. The service was exceptional – truly 5-star quality. Our host was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend!"

Great hospitality, food and location. A property that has been maintained with great imagination and care - worth a visit for that alone. Also it is reasonably priced for the immense value it offers. Best property in Bir by a long way. Will certainly visit again soon.

HIMAAL, is a home away from home. Blend of classiness, luxury, simplicity and peace. The hosts and the staff give specific attention that makes the guests feel special. It's a perfect location to relax and rejuvenate. Food was fresh and extremely tasty. We will be back to this place soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Himaal. The location was perfect. The food was super delicious. What truly made our stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the hosts. They made us feel like part of the family and went above and below to ensure our comfort .
