This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

It was a wonderful stay. The food quality is awesome, both breakfast and dinner were luscious. The staff (Reception, Food court and others) was very helpful, and the rooms was clean and hygiene was 5 ⭐. Some suggestions- the resort should enhance the kids play area. The valley view and the side by stream are other merits to add. Rest assured, the hotel is worth a stay.

My family and my friends had a wonderful stay at great empire hotel. Their family room is appropriate for a couple with kids. We booked 2 family rooms which had a river view. The staff was courteous specially ms suhani. Thanks shani for your kind behavior. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Upgraded our room which was great. Nice big room. Service was not good don’t tell you anything. Did not pick up food tray left outside room for 1 day and 1 night with food still on it ?? Not healthy. We had an early check out and we had breakfast provided we asked for food to take with us for journey they did not provide and said they would. Breakfast was good but they don’t tell you how it works so we took some breakfast from other groups as they don’t explain anything. Our taxi driver did not get a bed on the second night and had to sleep in the car and I was not happy about that. Our last night there were people outside in the court yard yelling and laughing keeping us awake past midnight. We were not happy about that as had 5 am start. I think they need to think of their guests better. Won’t be staying there again.

very spacious room and very good resort. view was very beautiful as it is away from the crowd and nice spacious play area and relax area in their open garden. though it is very far in remote area.. which was bit issue for us to reach there at first.. but otherwise it was good. nice atmosphere in general and staff were courteous and supportive. Special thanks to Ms. Niharika who took care of our food options since we are pure veg and also fasting. much appreciate for that,.

Hospitality was below average. Kept on calling for room service but didn’t get response. Hotel view is good but bring your own amenities

The location of the property is excellent. But the property needs to be better maintained. We have to compromise at many points. Fixing the things on arrival of the guests does not represent good service.

The stay was fine. It's a serene place. The ambience of the hotel is quite good. But there were certain issues that we told the hotel staff in the morning while checking out. Moreover i feel when a customer is paying nearly 6k for room he must get some basic amenities like bathroom sleepers, etc i would like to rate my overall experience as good i. E 4 thank you
