Perfect place and location to stay. Nice and clean room with best price. Hotel staff is very cooperative.

My stay at the hotel in Dharamshala was disappointingly unpleasant. The room was far from what was advertised, with outdated furnishings and a musty smell that lingered throughout. The bed felt like it hadn't been replaced in years

Don’t ever go to this hotel. It looks terrific from outside but the rooms are bad. In the room we stayed the bathroom room ceiling was leaking. There is no lift in this hotel. There are five guys who do everything from front desk, porter, cook, maid service etc. The service is terrible. You have to call for everything soap, towels, room coffee. The breakfast has three items. This hotel is not even one star. I wish I could upload the picture I took of the leaking ceiling. The whole atmosphere here doesn’t feel like you are on a holiday. The guys are not professionals. We are trying to get a refund from our travel agent.
