위치는 좋았다. 인침식사는 생각보다는 좋았다. 화장실은 오래되어 불편했다. 고장나면 직원은 빨ㅈ리왔다. 자동차 소음이 있다.

Lovely hotel, really helpful staff, great restaurant. Our group of eight had a really good time at this hotel right in the centre of the city. We visited the Temple of the Tooth, be prepared to go barefoot, and the royal botanical gardens. Do not eat at The Pub, the food was not good, prawn balls frozen in the middle, Thai fishcake like a burger patties, yuck

Very friendly and helpful crew, nice pool and very central position for the highlights in Kandy city. It is an old hotel with old details, but pricewise sufficiently modern. Also breakfast was good, only the bedsheets were too old in our opinion. We can strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hospitality, special thanks to Vignesh! We were deciding wether we should stay or go back to the city westbound and even tho we decided to continue our trip, Vignesh showed great regard and helpfulness with our trip. That’s what hospitality is!

Very nice hotel and the staff was tremendously helpful. My sister and I stayed there for 2 nights, the rooms were tidy, the hotel itself was quite nice and the rooftop was a nice bonus. The staff helped us create a trip plan and assisted where they could - unexpected level of hospitality at this price point! Special thanks to Vignesh

This was our first time at Casamara. Walking distance to Sri Dalada Maligawa maligawa and KCC. Room and toilet comfy and clean with city view balcony . Included all basic amenities which is required by a guest . Breakfast was tasty. Though it was raining we enjoyed our stay.

7.29354°, 80.63723° Hotel Casamara is in the centre of Kandy close to many restaurants and the royal palace and the temple of the tooth relic. At the front, the hotel has 6 floors with a nice rooftop bar on 7F, but many rooms are in the larger 4-storey building at the back. At the back is also the swimming pool, which was very nice. During our visit, the side next to the building was being excavated. We did not experience any noise pollution. The hotel itself has a nice colonial feeling, especially the lift and the parcel floor. To keep such a hotel working, maintenance efforts should be intensified. In March 2024, our room 210 (3F) was at the end of a long corridor at the back of the building. It had a comfortable double bed, television, fridge, air conditioning, ceiling fan and good Wi-Fi reception. The small shower was hot. The large restaurant on 1F served a good buffet breakfast with continental and Sri Lankan dishes. Staff were formally dressed and their service good. Laundry service was good too. Good Wi-Fi reception. Casamara is a good centrally located hotel. Recommended.

Better than the star rating! Great location, walked everywhere and very close to Cargills supermarket. Friendly tuk tuks outside, great staff too. Rooms a little basic but has a great shower, aircon, fan and excellent price. Pool was beautiful at back of hotel as well. Would stay again!
