全家出行 定了套房 房間很大 衞生過關 迷你吧裏第一次的酒和飲料還是免費 贊一個 酒店景色超級美，離康提市中心有點距離，但特別安靜，大堂外邊美得不得了。泳池不是恆温 有點冷。早餐是點餐制度 選擇還挺多 但有些地方必須吐槽一下 首先套房有jacuzzi 但沒有提前放水 裡邊很臟 下水很慢 花了一小時清理 老腰要斷了，放水放了兩個半小時，水夠了天也黑了 都是蚊子，根本沒用上，差評 第二點是他們的晚餐，7點開始，第一天6:50我們是第一桌點菜的 上菜的時候已經8點了，對於帶着小齡孩子出行很不友好。第二天決定出去吃飯，結果晚上9點有人打電話問我們要不要去餐廳吃飯，直接把孩子吵醒了。。。

房間面積很寬敞，推開陽台門就是草地和湖畔。洗護用品很好聞，早餐也是幾天旅程裏最好吃的！住客不多，酒店很安靜，歡迎小吃很不錯。酒店所處地方比較偏僻，在一條彎曲小道的深處，斯里蘭卡比較適合包車，不然真的懷疑自己開錯地方。

kandy 傑特威畫廊酒店 安靜舒適的休憩之地，服務細節有待提升 入住了Kandy的傑特威畫廊酒店，總體來説是一段令人放鬆的體驗。 酒店的房間寬敞明亮，配有陽台，我很幸運地住到了正對泳池的房間，視野極佳。房間的舒適度很好，每天早上醒來，推開陽台門，眼前就是泳池和遠處的大自然，十分愜意。酒店靠着斯里蘭卡著名的馬哈維利河（Mahaweli River），周圍的生態環境非常好，空氣也非常好。經常能看到各種鳥類和鷹，非常適合喜歡安靜和親近自然的人。 泳池是我最喜歡的部分。幾乎全天候開放，清晨或傍晚游泳時，感覺整個泳池和天地都屬於我，讓人倍感放鬆。餐廳也正對泳池，用餐時既能享受美景，又能感受到自然的靜謐。每天早餐後，我都會坐在平台上看書或處理工作，氣氛安靜，温度適宜，回想在整個斯里蘭卡20多天的旅程中，這裡是為數不多讓我能安心讀書的地方之一。 酒店距離市區較遠，可能對希望探索Kandy市區的遊客來説有二三十分鐘的開車時間。其次，服務細節的專業度還有提升空間。例如，入住時有服務人員表演當地舞蹈，但明顯有些敷衍。之後，酒店安排了一位專屬服務員，並遞給我一個手機供隨時聯繫，但她的服務顯得比較生疏。例如在房間時，我問窗簾是手動還是電動的，她回答是手動後，演示了一下又拉開了窗簾，而當時已是晚上6、7點，天色完全黑了，完全沒有打開的必要。同樣一位服務員，每天早上吃早餐時，都會問我要吃什麼。我説吃麥片時，總會問是加椰糖漿還是蜂蜜，而我連續四天都選擇了椰糖漿，但每天還是會被重複詢問。都是小事，但也可以看出服務更多是一個形式。 總的來説，Kandy的傑特威畫廊酒店是一個適合放鬆和親近自然的地方。它的房間、泳池和周圍環境都很好，性價比也高。如果能在服務細節上進一步完善，主動、貼心地去服務，整體體驗會更加令人滿意。 A Peaceful and Comfortable Retreat, but with Room for Service Improvement I stayed at the Jetwing Kandy Gallery during my visit to Kandy, and overall, it was a relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies. I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the pool, which offered a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable, and every morning, I enjoyed waking up, stepping onto the balcony, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel is located by the famous Mahaweli River, and the natural environment around it is excellent, with frequent sightings of various birds and eagles. It’s a great place for those who love peace and nature. The pool was my favorite part of the hotel. It’s open almost all day, and swimming in the morning or evening felt like having the entire pool and sky to myself, a truly serene experience. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, and dining there offers both visual and sensory enjoyment. After breakfast each day, I would sit on the terrace, read a book, or work. It was quiet, and the temperature was perfect—not too hot. This hotel was one of the few places during my 20-day trip in Sri Lanka where I could truly relax and enjoy some peaceful reading time. However, the hotel has some shortcomings in its service. First, it’s located quite far from the city center, which might not be convenient for those looking to explore Kandy. Second, the quality of service felt unrefined. For example, upon check-in, staff members performed a traditional song and dance, but it felt half-hearted. Later, I was assigned a personal service staff member and given a phone for direct contact. However, the staff member seemed inexperienced. For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.

設施 還不錯 衞生 挺好的。環境真的很棒

還不錯，值得推薦。

非常新的房間，晚餐點菜非常好吃，味道都很不錯，很乾凈，酒店不大房間大，很乾凈很舒服。值得去度假，可以住兩晚。

算是當地最好的酒店水平了，離康提城區有點遠，其他還都OK。當然細節方面不能跟國內的比。

Absolutely worthy of a 5 star review! A bit off the beaten track but once you arrive it is a haven. A beautiful greeting from the hotel staff and general manager this is a small hotel that focuses on the details. It was so peaceful and extremely well appointed. The food was a gastronomic experience , really delicious. Sadly we only had one night here. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough

Amazing atmosphere and very calm place to spend time in peace. Beautiful views of Mahaweli river and very tranquil place. It's lives upto its name of a luxury escape with its luxurious rooms, coffee machine, bathtub etc amazing food and excellent service from all staff members! Another plus is the smart TV. Overall luxury at its finest paired with immense tranquilty

WOW! Stop 2 of 3 on our honeymoon and this place is beautiful, immaculate and the food is lovely. Fabulous pool over looking the river and a wonderful spa. Shiolani and Chenali looked after us so well, very attentive but not too much! Absolutely would return!

All aspects of our stay were first class. From the moment of our arrival to our departure, we enjoyed courteous and efficient service. Our room was a large, well equipped space overlooking the gardens, pool and lake. The food in the restaurant was varied, tasty and well presented. However, what makes this place outstanding is its staff. They seem genuinely to want to provide excellent service. They come over as a happy, well motivated team

An absolutely outstanding hotel! Service was impeccable. Amazing butler service from Sakuna. Stunning setting. Food was an extremely high standard. If you like a more personalised stay in a more boutique hotel this is for you! We would definitely return! A haven beside a beautiful lake!

Excellent food, service on the highest level and unique architecture. Without any doubt I recommend this place for demanding customers. Our butler was Niluka and she made our stay special. She Was very communicative and professional. 11/10

Jetwing Kandy Gallery is the perfect spot for anyone wanting a serene view and a place to ease your mind from the busy lifestyle. The food offered was exquisite and generous. Loved the signature touch of ‘Karapincha’ in the meals (which was cleverly done) The staff is well trained and friendly.
