Хороший, чистый, новый гостевой дом! Есть своя парковка, что важно было для нас. Вид с балкона шикарный! Хозяева очень дружелюбные и гостеприимные. Постель хорошая, кровать удобная. Рекомендую

We spent 2 wonderful nights at the Golden Sky Residence in a double mountain view room. Unfortunately the hotel were not expecting us and so there was a little confusion on our arrival. Kumia the owner however resolved the matter. The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay but we were never disturbed by any noise and it seemed we were the only guests on our floor, so this was great! The hotel is very clean and each floor has a communal area for filtered water and tea and coffee. The room was spacious and had everything you could need. Good WiFi as there is a router in each room. The hotel offers amazing views of the mountains which we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. We had breakfast on both mornings and was served Sri Lankan omelette, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice and offered a wide selection of teas. On the second morning we had roti with dhal and coconut sambal which was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the best things about the hotel is the amazing views and the great staff. Kumia the owner was absolutely amazing and really ensures that guests receive a personal touch to the service. On our last day Kumia kindly arranged for a tuk tuk to take us to the train station. Imran was a very good driver and kindly brought us to a local shop in Kandy for us to buy some teas and spices. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay at the Golden Residence hotel if staying in Kandy. Yes it is a little far from the main town however that's easily fixed with a 10 minute tuk tuk ride. The hotel offers an amazing personalised service and breathtaking views which you won't get anywhere else.

Golden Sky Residence felt like a home away from home. From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests, making our stay truly hassle free. The rooms were extremely comfortable, so much so that it felt like being in our own space. The entire place had a warm, homely vibe, and the stunning views just added to the charm. Thank you for such an amazing experience—we will definitely be visiting regularly!

Stunning views of Kandy! The rooms are huge, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to help! I really appreciate everything Kumia and Imran did to make my stay extraordinary, from o granting my train tickets, vegan meals and excursions. Kader is an exceptional driver and guide with years of 5* hotel experience. He organized my 12 day itinerary of Sri Lanka and ensured my comfort and safety at every turn. He is very hard working and thorough and is passionate about creating extraordinary memories.

Very good host, the family who owns the place is very kind, they’ve taught us how to eat on Sri-Lanka manner, how to understand local traditions, what to wear. They cooperate with the local tuk-tuk drivers, so no need to search for a taxi. The place is new, you have a magnificent view from the balcony. 10/10

I have been traveling a lot, but this trip was the best trip ever..the view from this place is honestly amazing..the hotel owner Kumudika is very very friendly and helpful also Gaamini is very helpful and friendly he is always ready to help..thank you so much both of you..will definitely back here..
